Came in on a day when not one customer was in the salon. Apparently you have to wait for the only girl that does eyebrows to get off her personal phone call before being serviced and she clearly saw me walk in. I would have let it slide if she would have apologized but not a care in the world, which was frustrating. I know the owner from when she started the place, if she had been there that would have never happened. Shame, cause I love the job they do. Your customers and income always come first! read more

Why has my review been deleted? It took me 3 months to grow my eyebrows back enough to color them in evenly. I posted these before and after photos too. Instead of deleting reviews, perhaps learn from the mistakes and train your employees so they don't make errors like this again. This would be terrible for someone getting their brows done for their wedding or special event. Luckily for me I was only going on vacation with my husband and didn't have to see anyone. Im fine with leaving the review again because I won't come back here and take the risk. This was after getting my brows done here poorly and then coming back the next day to correct them and leaving with even worse browse. 2 different stylists, 2 butchering jobs...and my brows looked good before I came in... i just wanted a clean up. It took a lot of work to fill in my brows enough to make them visible after. In light of the bad review I will say prior to this I've had 2 or 3 good experiences where the stylist knew how to do my brows nicely...so yes, there are good stylists here but not everyone knows what they are doing read more

I got my lashes lifted and tinted there and they completely ruined them. My lashes are bent, going in all directions, and are breaking. When I reached out to them to share my concerns, I was told they'd call me back and they never did. Has a bad experience here yesterday. I generally love this place, one of the few places I would wait 20-30 minutes for a service. Anyway, yesterday I walked in, all the chairs were occupied and two others were ahead of me. I took a seat and waited my turn only to have the one girl take a woman who just walked into the shop ahead of me...no big deal. Well I had another girl do my service and it wasn't until a short while ago that I checked out my brows, she never shaped them and there were more than a few hairs I had to remove myself. I also had the nose wax done, what's the point of that when all the hairs in the front of my nose were still there. I have a very big event tonight and I don't have the time to run back there today to get a proper service. DO BETTER NEXT TIME!!! There are many other Brow Bars in the area now and if this keeps up I will be sure to move on. read more

Unfortunately I'm going to have to leave a negative review. I received eyelash extensions a week ago. They pinched, hurt, and started falling out immediately. Within a week I barely had any left and went to another establishment to have the random ones removed. I was told I had extensions on multiple eyelashes (should be one lash/one extension), glue on the skin of my eyelid, and holes where my natural eyelashes should be due to the improper technique used to apply them and most likely (from what I still had attached) many extensions on one lash or multiple lashes attached to one or two extensions glued together...which had caused it to fall out because of the weight, excessive amount of glue used, and why it was so painful. I have to highly recommend not utilizing this establishment for eyelash extensions. read more

Came in with thick brows. Haven't gotten them waxed in over 5 years just walked out with my high school THIN brows I had years ago! This was my very first time ever getting them threaded. Never again!!! Sooo disappointed and UPSET. After I told her and emphasized LEAVE THEM THICK please. Wish I would have read Haydee's comment below. She's totally right. This place is not the best place for people with thick brows. If you have thin brows or going for a clean up that's what they are good for but not thick and fully shaped bc they will literally butcher your brows!!! read more

My sister recommended you his place after I asked her where she got her eyebrows done, they looked great btw. The place is clean, and very welcoming. I got my eyebrows threaded and did the tint for 5 minutes. I have dark eyebrows so the five minutes was long enough, I just want it for shaping. I also got the Henna tattoo just for fun, took about 15 minutes and 10 minutes to dry. All in all I enjoyed my first experience @ ibrows and definitely found my new eyebrow place! read more

Some of the girls here are pretty good, been coming since they opened.. however this is the third time I've come when they should be open and they are not open yet. I find it very unprofessional. I just stood outside for 10 minutes waiting for them to open and still no one is here. Don't think I'll be coming back there are way too many just as good threading salons around to come to one that doesn't even open when they say they are. Great place--reviews are true. I've been searching the area for last 4 years for an eyebrow threading place where they are polite and actually listen to you when you tell them what to do. This place is all that plus more. Efra is super sweet and really guides you as she does your eyebrows. She even gave me tips. My eyebrows were uneven due to the last place I went to and she did a great job fixing them. I've been getting my eyebrows done for over 15 years (I'm very very particular on my eyebrows) and have been to so many diff places, this place is my favorite because of the expertise plus great customer service. I do not even know where to begin, do NOT ever consider getting a lash lift here. I was in a bind and wanted to get one before an event I had that night and could not get in with the woman I usually go to in Lyndhurst so I decided to go here to get it done. What a MISTAKE this was. When I walked in for my appointment time, the staff seemed really confused - I said to them, if you can't take me don't worry about it it's not necessary (mainly because I had bad feelings from the start). The front desk girl decided she would do my lash lift, I asked her, have you ever done a lash lift before? She kept insisting and showed me her instagram so I said ok. The product that they use smells like the most disgusting cheaply purchased product I've ever smelt. The girl doing my lashes even told me that the product was horrible after she was PUTTING IT ON MY LASHES. She proceeded to also let me know that this was her first day on the job. Many other unfortunate events occurred while I was waiting for the product to set in but my breaking point was when the bed I was laying on, BROKE. As soon as the bed broke I said please remove this product from my lashes immediately I want to get out of here. I literally felt scared at this point especially because my eyes were pretty much glued shut. I left with my lashes completely covered in a plastic residue and I lost so many lashes through this process. I get my eyebrows threaded regularly here so it really sucks to say this but I will NEVER be going back here. read more

I called on a Thursday to try and make an appointment for eyebrow tinting but I was told to just walk in. I came in around 10 on Saturday and waited less than 5 minutes to see someone. A woman named Patricia took care of me. I explained exactly what I wanted and she was super receptive. She cleaned me up with threading and applied henna for a short amount of time because I didn't want my brows to look too dark. I was really happy leaving here! I will definitely be back. read more
