I wouldn't bother wasting my time going to this place. I Made an appointment a week in advance over the phone just to be told once I arrived that I was supposed to make an appointment online. I asked the receptionist over the phone if there was anything I needed to do before my appointment and she told me "no you're all set!" when I arrived the woman was giving me constant attitude. She basically wanted to argue with me. Telling me "I should've read the text message" I did read it! No where did it say I had to book online.. this was my experience as a first time client. What a joke! I'm glad I didn't get my brows done there. She probably would've messed them up on purpose. Why give NEW customers attitude? I don't think this place will be around for long with that type of business attitude. What a shame. Super super rude! read more

She's truly an artist! Best brow service that I've had. She'll draw your eyebrow shape before waxing and will then show you (they'll be perfect anyway) to check with you. A friend of mine who went this week recommended this place and I was due to get my brows/lip done anyway... so I decided to give them a try. When I arrived I was welcomed by both women who were busy working and friendly. Luisa has a calming prescience that made me relax so much ( I have two kids so when I get out you know I want relaxation lol) she began to measure my eyebrows and explained to me what I need to do in order to keep my shape AND also allow my eyebrows to grow. I explained to her that I've been threading since I was 17 and for the past two years I rarely see any growth. This was my first time EVER waxing my eyebrows. Guys she did an amazing JOB, she was meticulous, didn't rush and made sure to teach me skills to make my brows look great. After she showed me my eyebrows, I then noticed I was due to have my lip done as well, again keep in mind I've never waxed my lip either. I really don't know why I've been threading, when the wax pain is not even half of what you feel when you get threaded. So being that this is my first time I'll see how the growth comes back and depending on that I'll decided to continue the wax or thread the lip. My pain tolerance is very low so waxing my lip felt like a breeze. Regardless, I HIGHLY recommend BROWOLOGY if you're in this side of town. read more

Obsessed with the way my brows look!! I've got thick eyebrows and they grow in crazy so I'm very pleased. They really take their time here. Last time I went I wanted my brows thinner than when I came in, so she drew in with white lines to get a more accurate wax... she nailed it! They look great, I can't wait to go back! I arrived 5 minutes and they were stank from the start. Meanwhile, I'm coming in from NYC for an event in Jersey and I need my brows done so even though they were clearly offended that I was late, I decided to wait. She says there are a few girls ahead of you now. Again, I was only 5 minutes late for an appointment. How am I now at the end of the line? I tell myself that my brows will be worth the wait. They took forever to finally see me but what's worst is that my eyebrows are no longer even. One arch is now higher than the other for which she tried to tell me some crap excuse. If you're even a few minutes late, don't even bother showing up. They will treat you like a second class citizen and intentionally mess up your brows. read more

Coming from Queens, NY, I often commute to Belleville, where my boyfriend lives, and I wanted to find a place in his neighborhood to get my eyebrows done for days that I'm not closer to home. I searched here for a spot and this was the first place to pop up. I called the day before and made an appointment, which I like as it allows for a definitive allotted time that I will be seen and not having to wait like at other spots. Amy was really attentive and knowledgable. She explained to me what she was going to do in the process. In the end, I was really happy with how my eyebrows looked. She made my eyebrows look clean and as similar as possible, considering others in the past have ruined the shape and provided with me with two different eyebrows. My first time here and I love this place already! The two ladies that were there when I walked in were so welcoming. Very clean and spacious inside. As soon as I got there they took care of me.
