She unfortunately didn't have the time to do my hair but called one her workers and I thought this person was trained and had experience, but I should've just walked out of the place as soon as I heard the owner telling her employee what number to use for the bottom, middle, and top of my hair. She clearly said 30 bottom, mid 20 and top 5, and when the owner was still there, her employee forgot that she made a mixture and the other mixture was prepared by the owner, and she put 20 bottom, which was not the order the owner said. Since I noticed the mistake, I asked both if they were sure it was not going to mess up my hair and both of them said no. After that, the owner left and while my hair was wet, it seemed good and I thought it was going to be great. But no! the lady left a clear visible line on top and the color was definitely not what I showed them, and on top of that, the lady who did my hair had the audacity of telling me that I was angry since the beginning! unbelievable.... I was disappointed when she mixed up the colors and did not even remember what she put on my hair... and on top of that, she said "I have never had a client like her" and before that she said "we all make mistakes!" but not with someone's hair! specifically, when the person had to go her office looking all ridiculous because someone did not pay attention to what they were doing! my hair is extremely important for me and I'm extremely disappointed, they were nice enough to say we are only charging 175.00 half of the price!!!! really half! I did not know I had to pay! to get my hair damaged!!!! i should've left with out getting charged anything!!! for the awful work they did on my hair and. I'm extremely sad and extremely disappointed in this place. She tried to fix it but still was not what I wanted.

Her new location is always clean, inviting, and very well decorated. It's very easy to get to and it's so easy to set up an appointment and be seen. She literally offers all the beauty treatments and services that you can think of but she absolutely rocks hair color and make up. Today I got a regular ends trim and the hair Botox done. My hair is pin straight and super soft. I also got a lash lift and tint and it looks like I have falsies on! If you want to get anything beauty related done please come visit. I had…read moreboth powder brows & lip blush done by Demi 1yr ago....I've had my brows done by others before, though it is the first time for the lip blush at DemiStudio. Demi is very inviting and has a warm personality which makes the experience at DemiStudio even more pleasant. Initially, I told her what lip color I was interested in, and she suggested a different color based on my skin tone-- something more coral/orange-hued which I would've never thought to have. I'm so glad she suggested it because it came out beautiful! During the entire process she constantly checked her work and it did not feel rushed compared the last person I went to in 2023. I have to say out of the few who have done my brows in the past, Demi is the only one who suggested NOT to use a numbing agent and explained the reasons why. Apparently going without numbing allows the pigment to be absorbed more into the skin, reduces bruising/swelling, and has better overall color accuracy. I have a pretty high threshold for pain so I took her suggestion to forgo numbing. The pain was bearable and worth it, which I compare to bad sunburn. Before leaving I already had it on my mind that I wanted to come in for a touchup and when I told her, she said it may not be necessary though if I insisted, I could always reach out in 5 weeks for a touchup appointment. I greatly appreciate her honesty to not push more work on me than what I needed. Granted I still contacted her for a touchup and she was very accommodating with her schedule. Almost exactly 1 year later and the color on both brows & lips are still pretty vivid! The coral/orange lip color is especially still going strong with little-to-no fading. Additionally, she works alone in her beautifully aesthetic and serene studio so you are not interrupted by sounds of other people. I highly recommend Demi for her work, customer service, and professionalism. Thank you Demi!

She is so sweet and really made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She did an awesome job of shaping my brows and making them even. The first week after the procedure, your eyebrows are really dark, and then they eventually peel. It takes about a month for the healing process to complete and voila, beautiful brows. I returned a month later for a touch up due to my scar on my eyebrow. The procedure is well worth it since you dont have to draw in your brows every morning.
