I went here for a lash lift and tint. My tech, Diana, was lovely. She asked if I had this service…read morebefore. She walked me through the process since I've only done extensions in the past. I knew that my lashes wouldn't be glamorous but I also didn't think that after the service the results would look as if I had slept on them. I had looked at other photos prior to booking and the results looked great for a lift. I understand my lashes aren't as long as the photographed ladies but at very least I expected to walk out of there hinting that I had something done. Only a couple of my lashes curled and the others kinda look the same. I'm hoping after 24hrs when I use mascara they'll be better but I'm also concerned that the few that actually lifted will drop and this will be the worst $100 spent. I did have great interactions with everyone in this place otherwise.

Making an appointment online was easy and they sent a call & text reminder the day before. Since I'm still new to the whole lash world, my lash technician, Joy, walked me through the curl shapes and lengths. Since I was going for a fuller but natural look, I went with her recommendations. Overall, they came out really well! It took a little less than 90 mins as expected but this is definitely longer than my first experience (at a different lash salon). I realize I also tried to redeem the free collagen lip mask (Yelp check-in offer) but they never gave it to me (I think they forgot). They did give me some post-lash care freebies (lash brushes and cleanser) to use after. You can probably find a place that does a similar job for cheaper, but overall I'm really happy with my lashes & Joy's customer service!

I've received nothing but non-stop compliments! Chris's space is very clean and relaxing. I definitely fell asleep during my lash application and -- as a first timer, Chris shared great tips on after-care. I ended up making a follow-up appointment for a fill-in one week later. Sure, I had lost some lashes, but really I was there for MORE bc I was obsessed with the natural look and wanted to really go big for wedding day. My make-up artist was absolutely shocked that my lashes weren't my own. She said she could barely tell and that I looked nothing but natural. It's an investment, sure, but you can't beat the quality. (Thanks to Chris, I also bought a sleep mask to protect my eyes while I sleep and see much better retention!)

She did a nice job overall, but the pricing structure is very confusing when booking an…read moreappointment. Listing two different prices gives the impression that first-time clients are receiving a discounted rate, but upon arrival, you're told the remaining balance must be paid in cash only. It would be much better to charge the full amount upfront online, as this situation made the experience feel unnecessarily uncomfortable from the start. While I did receive a confirmation text and several follow-up messages throughout the week (including a photo of the location), the key detail about the cash payment was easy to miss among the volume of communication. Since I had already confirmed my appointment, I didn't think to carefully review every message. As a customer, I would recommend clearly outlining all payment policies and procedures on the website at the time of booking. Additionally, some basic signage would improve the experience for first-time clients--such as a note on the door indicating "in session, do not disturb," or a sign in the lobby directing clients where to wait. The absence of a receptionist made the arrival process somewhat confusing.
