I knew that my lashes wouldn't be glamorous but I also didn't think that after the service the results would look as if I had slept on them. I had looked at other photos prior to booking and the results looked great for a lift. I understand my lashes aren't as long as the photographed ladies but at very least I expected to walk out of there hinting that I had something done. Only a couple of my lashes curled and the others kinda look the same. I'm hoping after 24hrs when I use mascara they'll be better but I'm also concerned that the few that actually lifted will drop and this will be the worst $100 spent. I did have great interactions with everyone in this place otherwise.

Overall, they came out really well! It took a little less than 90 mins as expected but this is definitely longer than my first experience (at a different lash salon). I realize I also tried to redeem the free collagen lip mask (Yelp check-in offer) but they never gave it to me (I think they forgot). They did give me some post-lash care freebies (lash brushes and cleanser) to use after. You can probably find a place that does a similar job for cheaper, but overall I'm really happy with my lashes & Joy's customer service!

Additionally, some basic signage would improve the experience for first-time clients--such as a note on the door indicating "in session, do not disturb," or a sign in the lobby directing clients where to wait. The spa is in an office building so don't be alarmed when you pull up. The massage spa is set up very cute though and definitely makes you feel relaxed from the moment you walk in.
