Prices are very reasonable. they actually would have been reasonable pre-pandemic: $8 for eyebrow, $4 for lip. Full face with neck is $35. Some places, some more spa like, charge $18 for just the eyebrow. Using wax and threading, I received first-rate services. Angela knew what she was doing. Clean, cheap and fast! I asked who "Urmi" was and then requested her as I had called and spoke with her on the phone weeks ago. She threaded my eyebrows in total silence, with a puss face and left the hairs all over my face. no brushing - nothing. She handed me a mirror and I approved of the cleanup work. I asked if she would apply lotion or something. She placed the clear gel on a cotton swab and handed it to me and watched as I did it myself. Another of the ladies went behind the register as I got up and I handed her the $10 for the eyebrow threading per all the signs in the establishment. The lady said it would be $15. I pointed to the signs around. Urmi then loudly and curtly said " For me - it's $15. I'm disappointed with myself for allowing this... but I shall never return. She was not personable or welcoming. She did not deliver good service at all ( with hair all over my face and then having me apply the after gel myself). I would highly discourage patronizing this place.

It hurt worse than any Brazilian wax I have had. Obviously, that depends on pain tolerance. The girl who waxed me was not the owner (probably mid 20s). She told me to do all the normal positions and it seemed like she was doing a good job. I specifically asked if she got a spot (it occasionally gets missed) and before I even finished asking she interrupted and said yes. When I was done, and my knees were still open on the table (exposing me to the lobby), she opened the door yelled "done!" At me and left the room. There was still sugar stuck to me. When I got home I decided to check out the work. She missed MANY spots including the spot I asked about. Very unprofessional and rude. Will not be returning.

OMGGG THANK YOU RUPI EYEBROW PLACE!…read more I feel like a brand new person now that I finally got my eyebrows done!! I definitely recommend this place! Ladies are super sweet and mastered the art of threading eyebrows without holding the thread in their mouths like the previous technique! They have holders hanging from their neck! They have policies put in place (see attached pic) and they are very diligent in sanitizing the place! They have you fill out a questionnaire before you get there and take your temperature when you arrive! Whooo hoo! I was so anxious about how this would go but I definitely needed my eyebrows done after 3 months of quarantine lol!

Natalie did absolutely amazing!…read more I was 10-15 minutes late after she kindly accommodated my schedule and she was still so kind to me and still did an amazing job so for that alone I am so grateful!!! Now let's talk about her work... she did an amazing job! She started without asking me what I wanted but when I asked her what she was doing she did exactly what I wanted anyways AND it was beautiful! This is probably the first time my eyes didn't burn and the quickest full set I ever got! She also reshaped and tinted my eyebrows and that too was amazing. I told her how the last place botched them and she showed me exactly what she would do so that calmed my nerves. I'm so sad I found her and this place right when I'm moving... wish I found her sooner!! I also have to give credit to Cynthia who did everything to accommodate me with my last notice appointment!! My eyelashes are naturally very straight and actually go downwards a bit. She curled them a lot and they stayed that way for over a month. The second time I came my appointment was with Stephanie and the curling or extension was so minimal that I still had to use an eye lash curler. I would definitely come back, but only make appointments with Tasha in the future.

I knew that my lashes wouldn't be glamorous but I also didn't think that after the service the results would look as if I had slept on them. I had looked at other photos prior to booking and the results looked great for a lift. I understand my lashes aren't as long as the photographed ladies but at very least I expected to walk out of there hinting that I had something done. Only a couple of my lashes curled and the others kinda look the same. I'm hoping after 24hrs when I use mascara they'll be better but I'm also concerned that the few that actually lifted will drop and this will be the worst $100 spent. I did have great interactions with everyone in this place otherwise.

She was very patient with me from the start with my concerns about price, comfort, and longevity. When I saw the December special on Instagram I couldn't wait any longer, and I booked my appointment. I was able to get in in about a week, and she was very flexible with my schedule. When I arrived I was definitely nervous- would they be too dark? Look natural? Would it hurt terribly? I have a few tattoos but this was a new process- and it was on my face! You can tell she is used to this! I felt so much better when we started talking and she walked me through the process, helping to choose the best shape, color, and style. She would have sat with me all night until we got everything perfect. Luckily, I had brought a picture with me to show her the "untamed" "bushy" style I'd been lusting after and she was thrilled to try something a little less traditional. This shows how amazing she is at listening to the customer and making sure we're totally in love with our brows! I'm naturally dark blonde with sparse, unshaped, brows that have a few bald spots and almost disappear in the summer sun. I've been so self conscious about leaving the house without doing my makeup, which doesn't work with my outdoor-loving lifestyle. Now that my brows are permanently perfect I find myself walking right out the door in less time and with so much more confidence. The process took less than 3 hours and the after care was simple. I went back to work the morning after getting them done and they looked totally healed within 5-6 days. As far as the pain level goes, it was definitely unpleasant but nothing I couldn't handle, and she stopped to numb me any time I started to become uncomfortable. I can't wait to go back to get my touch up, but I don't think my brows could look any better! If you want a professional, clean studio with a talented and friendly artist, this is the place to go.
