I really wanted to love this place, but unfortunately I was disappointed. I'm giving two stars…read morebecause my Sugarista was very nice and made me feel comfortable. That said, I didn't feel like she wasn't really listening to me. I specifically told her this was my third time sugaring, and shortly afterward she started explaining things to me as though it were my first time. It was a little frustrating because I had literally just told her I'd done this before. The bigger issue, though, was the actual Brazilian. Later that day when I got home, I noticed quite a few small hairs still remaining on one side. At first I didn't think it was a huge deal because they weren't very noticeable. But then I took a closer look and realized there were several long, dark hairs completely missed on the inner labia. For a Brazilian, that's a pretty significant area to miss. A few stray hairs wouldn't have bothered me, but this was much more than that. I really wanted this to be my new go-to spot, especially because the location is so convenient, but unfortunately the quality of the service just wasn't there. I won't be returning.

The facility is very pink lol. Not an obnoxious pink but it starts to close in on you after awhile. It's finally my turn and after sitting past my appointment time I assumed the wax would be warm and the table already cleaned off but nope. Anywho... to me, the application of the sugar wax was more painful than the ripoff. I'll definitely try this again because it did last a little longer than regular waxing.

My…read morefirst waxing experience was at a very well know establishment in the city "known" for waxing, I never went back. This place was recommended to me by a dear friend and I'm so happy she did. I have NEVER gone back to hot wax and never will. First its way more sanitary. they are not using the same hot wax that has been sitting in that heat all day that has been dipped into over and over. Also it does not burn your skin so if your like me and your sensitive, it works. It takes about 20 min and best part, its way cheaper than that hot wax crap (about average $45 for Brazilian depending) and way less painful that's for sure. I have since then recommend several people all who swear by this place and go faithfully every few weeks. The owner is definitely accommodating. I call or text her and she makes my appointments no problem. If I am late she tries and works with me. I love her. She is the sweetest. If your someone that does the hot wax thing, give this process a try. I absolutely will not Hot wax ever. Sugaring is the best in my opinion.
