Just me. two ladies did my nails the First Lady thought the base for the design was bleach white, I expressed to her I wanted a different color (I was nice about it) she rolled her eyes and scoffed, so rude. Also I asked for a specific color red, she said, "no this color better" The second lady did the designs, it was ugly, instead of following the photo just did random dots, some dots were bigger than others.. Horrible service I have never felt so uncomfortable, also a lot of people were lurking outside, weird. read more

I got my ear brows done by Cristina and I have never been more pleased. They don't grow out the same but she made them look perfectly matched. I have had to let them grow out every time someone did them because they looked obviously uneven. Not anymore, thanks to Cristina. They are all friendly and professional. So in love with this place. I've gotten two full mani powder set, pedi, and one fix nail visit, each time I go I fall more in love with this place. My nails have 1week and a few days now and they still look prefect. Very happy with the way they took care of me and did my nails. Very clean place. First visit I was lost came in looking for LCN because of a comment on yelp, turns out they don't have LCN. But they quickly helped me find another alternative. I explained to them I don't want something that'll weaken my nails. They suggested powder, I was so happy with the outcome. My nails are nice and hard, and no uv needed(two thumbs up). They are very clean, very sweet, friendly w/kids, and doesn't have a strong smell of chemicals. I don't know what's better the people, nails, or messages. :) read more

This is by far the best nail salon I have ever visited. I have been a customer for a while and even though I recently moved and am no longer close by, I still take the drive to come here. Their pedicures are outstanding! They never feel rushed especially if you can get in at a slower time of the day. I have never had a problem with my manicure either. The place is clean and well kept, everything is sanitized, and I love that they are all wearing masks and taking the Covid precautions serious. Hilda amazing! She is extremely attentive! I got my nails done today for my graduation, and this is the first time I've been back to any nail salon since before covid. They take their covid measurements seriously and everything is well spaced out. I got the new la la pedicure and it was a top notch experience. Everything about it was lovely and I felt safe the entire time. The massage was absolutely amazing as well! I will definitely be coming back, and I live about 35 minutes away. I went to this salon for the first time a few days ago as my regular salon was booked and I was going away for the weekend and wanted a mani/pedi before I left. I'll start with the positives. 1. They were able to squeeze me in. 2. The pedi was great - they put a hot bag of oil for my heels, rolled a hot rock on my legs, the usual lotions and nice massage. The negatives - 1. The next day two of my nails polished were chipped! I am on day 3 and now 6 of my nails have the polish chipped off! 2. It took 2 hours for the mani/pedi. Two different people did my nails. Way too long for my liking. 3. When I walked in there was no one at the desk and I had no idea who was running the place. I stood there for a while before someone told the manager I was waiting. I really liked the pedicure especially but I highly doubt I will return considering the quality of how short the nail polish lasted (on my hands). Very disappointed. read more

We arrived, walk-in, with my daughter to have manies and pedies, and they did a fantastic job with both of us. So gentle, but at the same time really professional. Perfect Mani and Pedi for both of us. Now here is where I would like every single nail salon to learn from this one. The customer service in this salon, is just faaaantastic!!! Theytreat you like you are in a proper SPA. Everything is comfortable, and they are extremely worried of giving you the best service, which makes this place the best in the area. I can't say enough nice things about this place. After my first visit, I will be going here exclusively. The salon has designated parking in the back, a clean and beautiful interior and new/clean equipment. Besides paying close attention to every detail of my gel mani ($25) and making every detail perfect, Irene also did a third coat of gel to give me a nicer color without even being asked. The salon is also doing a complimentary paraffin hand dip during the cold winter months to keep skin soft. Wow. Will be back! read more

I've been coming to this E Nails location sporadically for the past three years. Mostly because it's a bit off the beaten path (even though they have a large selection of polishes). However, I do agree with the previous reviewer, the owner Gina is rude and unprofessional! But since it had never been directed at me, I turned a blind eye. Though today, after making an appointment, and having to wait as she took another customer before me, I've decided that was the last straw! She looked at me unfamiliar when I told her I had an appointment and kept repeating my name as she looked at her "appointment book." I will never, ever patronize this business again ...not to mention I heard she's a huge liar (told a customer one of her associates was in Korea on vacation, but as it turns out the lady quit and opened her own shop. I come here as a loyal customer every two weeks pedicures are amazing but lately the manicures are cheap and rushed. Last Saturday (exactly 1 week ago) I has a gel manicure and Tuesday my nail chipped I went back they fixed it and then today a few days after they fixed it it has chipped again and the woman Irene is rude about it. This is not the first time almost every time I get a manicure Irene and her partner do my nails and they chip when the pedicure girls do it they do an excellent job. Honestly been here a couple times pre covid to get the gel and it was great. They give a nice hand and back massage once the service is done and dip your hands in paraffin wax it's very nice don't get me wrong and for those reasons I gave the two stars, But I returned after covid and decided to try the dip powder system here instead and a few weeks after my service I noticed fungus under my nail beds. I did notice their dipping technique & honestly thinking back to my service it wasn't very sanitary at all they're dipping everyone's finger in the actual jar it comes in And don't discard any excess powder. I understand trying to conserve but at what cost especially after covid. I was completely disgusted and honestly just left a bad taste in my mouth. They as a salon should be mindful of these cross contamination techniques. Me myself being in the cosmetology field these are things we must know and implement in our everyday work. I'm so sorry to leave this review but I feel like it will help people like me to find a clean place and not just be throwing our hard earned money out the window. I had to have my doctor write me a prescription for the fungus to go away due to this careless mistake. Great service. Came in for a manicure at lunch, and received great service and a great price. They didn't rush me out of the chair, and it's very clean and well decorated. I've been going to this location for almost 5 yrs and have never had an issue w/ infection (mani or pedi). The owner always accommodates my scheduling needs. My teen daughters also come here, esp for eyebrow and lip waxing as they shape eyebrows well. My pedi easily lasts up to 3 weeks really well, which helps the budget! read more

First and last time. The woman who did my gel manicure pushed my cuticles in too much. Although I have very little cuticles, 5 nails are hurting and burning. During the application process, she had to ask the lead/owner what to apply when. Although the application and the file shape is nice, this is the first time that I experience pain the day after getting my nails done! I think training is warranted. First time back to location. I went once when it was owned by previous owner. Today was one of those just find a place to get a pedicure. When I saw the reviews and that it was a new owner I thought I'd try so happy I did. Sunday afternoon walked right in and they were able to see me. The woman who did my pedicure seemed to be new but oh my god one of the best pedicures. The massage was wonderful they do an essential oil rub after just your typical oil rub. I believe one of the owners did the polish part I choose white and that's a pretty difficult color to do. They came out beautiful. Cash discount and definitely not over priced. Have to try them another time for manicure but if its as good as pedicure they for sure have a new customer not that they need me the place was very busy. And although busy you didn't feel rushed and they had another staff and space to cover the busy rush. I'll definitely be a repeat customer. read more

The new owner is very nice and friendly. I went in for a pedicure because they're doing 50% off everything before 12. That being said I assumed a pedicure was 20 since that was the old price.
