I expressed that these nails were for an important event and that didn't change the way they kept rushing us out. Ultimately gave up and fixed whatever I could by myself at home. What I loved - was they started my manicure while I was getting a pedicure. And not just soaking off my old SNS, but the filing/cuticle cutting and everything. I love when they do this since it speeds up the process of getting out of there :-) while the staff is very nice, I did want to be home after a long day!
