And when they stated the price, it was $20 higher than I was originally anticipating per the pricing online. They asked if I wanted a receipt, I said yes to check it but they only handed me the credit card slip. I asked for the itemized receipt and the lashes were an extra $20. At no point did the makeup artist mention the up charge and I was a little taken aback. A friend of mine came in after and I mentioned the lashes to her and she opted out of them. I was frustrated as I literally had lashes in my purse while sitting in the makeup chair. I wish I had the option to pay the extra fee instead of not being warned. I mentioned I didn't get my makeup done often so this wasn't something I was expecting and it wasn't listed on their website that lashes were extra when booking. I was really disappointed as I felt like it was done secretive instead of being open with clients.

Briella has been my stylist for over a year and suggested adding k-tips to fill in my sparse areas, doing very fine micro bonds to blend into my fine hair. All I can say is WOW! I came in with very full eyebrows and a photo example of how my thick eyebrows look when threaded. My final results look nothing like my photo and are thin and not even with clean ends. It's like she was trying to create her own look for my brows and not the look I specified. Very disappointed and hope my eyebrows grow back in time for my wedding in two months. Luckily eyebrow makeup can disguise the look.
