My hair is pretty heavy and thick and when I was younger, stylists would always comment on how much hair I had and that is was so hard to cut....when you're 10, that's not the greatest thing to hear. Or, hairstylists would style it in a way I did not ask for. When I met Judit, honestly my life changed. She cuts my hair and styles it the way I ask. Never ever gave me one complaint. She actually says that I have amazing hair and honestly that's how I feel now! Thank you for always making me feel like I'm in good hands. If you need an amazing haircut, she's the best. Parking was metered and easily accessible. I was greeted with a masked receptionist who took my temperature and got me ready for blow out appointment. Washed my hair in back sink and then took me to first chair for blowout. Shane was my stylist and made my hair look amazing. What I got was something completely different and I spent 5 hours there. When I was put under the hair dryer (with bleach in my hair), Liz started working with another client and I was sitting there for over an hour. I was not happy at all so I told her I didn't like it and she told me it was what I asked for. I told her the picture is an ombre and she told me thats what I had. I explained an ombre or balyage on my hair would go black to brown to blonde. My hair went straight black to blonde with no blonde and explained she gave me highlights more than an ombre. She told me to come in the following week (4 days later) and I did. She explained to me that most people want what I got so she assumed that's what I meant. I have spots in my hair and it looked like I had gotten my hair died blonde and my black roots grew in. I explained that I wanted to look more natural and she placed brown hair dye in between the black and blonde. However, now I just have a line from brown to blonde instead of it looking cohesive. While I was there, I saw their makeup/hair stylist Erica doing someone's makeup and it looked amazing so I asked Michele, the owner if Erica might be available to do my hair and makeup for a wedding I was going to and she was so we scheduled the appt. Fast forward to this past weekend, I had my appt with Erica for my hair and makeup and I seriously could not be happier with the final product. I got SO many compliments all night. Erica was so sweet and worked so fast which I loved! I was there for about an hour and 15 minutes total. I will definitely be using Erica again for future events.
