Two weeks ago, I had my lips dissolved with my preferred specialist, Monica, and booked a refill appointment for October 4 at 12pm with Kelly (since Monica was out of office). I started my commute from NYC to the Verona location, but found it odd I never received a reminder -- so I called, only to learn that my appointment was never actually booked, despite scheduling it over the phone 2.5 weeks ago. They managed to squeeze me in later in the day with Megan. However, when I arrived just five minutes past their 10-minute grace period (after calling ahead to let them know I'd be slightly late), I was told I had missed my appointment and the most she could offer was a conversation -- not the actual service. I found this incredibly disappointing and frustrating, especially given the effort it takes to travel from NYC without a car, and the fact that I've been a loyal client for years. It's unfortunate to end things on this note, but I can no longer recommend Montclair Rejuvenation Center after today's experience.

My lips are so ruined by whatever he injected into them (definitely not juvederm) that 3 Actual doctors have turned me down for injections to attempt to correct it. I would go in every week to try to get him to fix it and he kept saying he would put something in to dissolve it.. assuming it was saline and just to get me to go away for the next victim. Every day I have to see the giant lump INSIDE my lip that he left me with and try to distract from it. Buyer beware for sure. The last pictures are current. It's been 10 months and my lip is still deformed. No one else will touch it. Oh and the reason he's so willing to do touch ups for Botox is it's basically saline being injected into your face so don't get excited.
