Two weeks ago, I had my lips dissolved with my preferred specialist, Monica, and booked a refill appointment for October 4 at 12pm with Kelly (since Monica was out of office). I started my commute from NYC to the Verona location, but found it odd I never received a reminder -- so I called, only to learn that my appointment was never actually booked, despite scheduling it over the phone 2.5 weeks ago. They managed to squeeze me in later in the day with Megan. However, when I arrived just five minutes past their 10-minute grace period (after calling ahead to let them know I'd be slightly late), I was told I had missed my appointment and the most she could offer was a conversation -- not the actual service. I found this incredibly disappointing and frustrating, especially given the effort it takes to travel from NYC without a car, and the fact that I've been a loyal client for years. It's unfortunate to end things on this note, but I can no longer recommend Montclair Rejuvenation Center after today's experience.

After paying so much for services that should be rendered in a timely fashion dealing with frequent schedule changes often on the very day of the appointment - it makes the whole experience one that I will not want to experience ever again.

The manager didn't even offer a discount or fix them, he just told me to come back to have them fixed but I live in Manhattan and that is not an option for me. I now have to find the time to get them redone somewhere else and spend another hour and $50 on nails. Never again with this place.
