Reception is a nightmare, care is an even bigger nightmare, they rush you along like they don't care and allow very narrow windows for asking questions or expressing concerns, and there is extremely poor communication from staff to patients. I'd really encourage looking elsewhere for care if you are looking for anything more than basic cosmetic dermatological treatments, there are so many quality offices in this general area and surrounding counties. I had maybe ten little scars I wanted to lighten but she gave me enough medication for a teenager with severe acne.
