After a number of phone calls to the imaging center and my Dr it was clear the imagining center conveniently changed the procedure code so it was listed as diagnostic and not preventative so they could charge me and my insurance a ridiculous amount of money. I also called to see what the procedure would cost as self pay and it was 25% of the total I am being billed. The staff is unprofessional at the Wayne location and the billing department is clearly unethical which is billed through Imagecare at Denville. I am disputing the bill. Seriously unethical business practices.

I had come back at a later time where I had appointments in a different building and dealt with much nicer staff. With the changeover to Princeton radiology certain aspects have gone you know where in a hand basket. I do agree wholeheartedly with "if your not happy where you are, don't take it out on the public & feel free to quit."

My insurance company paid them in full, as per their contracted price, less my deductible, in Sept 2025. Princeton Radiology continued to bill me the full retail price for the services and denied they recieved payment or would they recognize the contracted price. In Feb of 2026, my insurance company notified both of us, of the contract price and payment dates. After numerous phone calls to Princeton, they sent me my portion of the bill in March 2026. I paid this bill in full in march 2026. As of today, I continue to recieve billing invoices (every two weeks) to pay this bill. The office and staff are very professional. The billing dept arm of this company, acts in a sleazy manner. Beware of their misleading practices.

I went to Hackensack from there where they kept me for a week. The only thing Chilton is good for is to give you a Band-Aid.

Told to be there at 8am (last 2 times I got there at 6:30am) and I waited in waiting room until 845 before being taken into prep room. Another 45 minutes to start IV and do paperwork. Then I laid waiting in the bed until 945 . They took me in for the epidural injections which took about 25 minutes, 15 minutes in recovery dressed and out door. So 3 hours for something that takes about 1 hour total time. But the place is very clean with a friendly staff.

Let's just say that I was on the phone 30 minutes and the person I spoke to was a complete incompetent. (I'm actually being nice.) I kept asking her for an appointment at the Nutley location yet she was giving Brooklyn, Clifton... anywhere but Nutley. Finally found it when I gave her the complete address to look for and she gave me an appointment for Friday at 5 pm. Next, she gave me the wrong pre-visit instructions and when I told her that she made a mistake she told me to hold on. Then she came back with a different appointment time which was 5:45. I said it was fine. But next thing you know when she was confirming it was for a different day as well. She still hadn't addressed the pre- visit instructions and at this point I told her I had to go and didn't make the appointment. The staff seemed friendly enough and did their job in a timely manner. The main problem with NJI is coordinating the appointment. They don't tell you until after the appointment I needed to fast (originally I was going to schedule for later the same day). They do everything manually so I'm reading my doctor's poor handwriting, and he didn't fill out all the fields. It was like booking an appointment in the 90s. Surely there is a more electronic system possibility. Also, the 2 locations closer to me had no availability ever until the end of time, apparently. So, the one in Clifton it is. The location itself was fine for what my doctor requested, but the company as a whole left a bad impression.
