I had the slightest wait afterwards to be in seen by the PA and the staff member who brought me into my examine room apologized for the wait, but also informed me that the results look great and the doctor would just be a few more minutes...this may sound small, but waiting for the results is stressful and it put me at ease. The PA, Kruti McDonald was absolutely WONDERFUL. She spent time listening and talking to me and didn't rush at all. She was thorough, knowledgeable and TOOK HER TIME-- again, made me feel as though I mattered, my concerns mattered and that she honestly cared. I really can't recommend MBC enough.

The receptionist was efficient, though not overly pleasant, which is not a big deal. (Hey, I wouldn't want to start dealing with all types of patients beginning at 8 a.m. either!) The imaging technician was lovely and patient, explaining what was going to happen and making conversation, which made the entire visit fly by. (She's the reason for four stars instead of three.) The CT scanner appeared to be state of the art, while the x-ray machine also seemed to be of a current generation. It was a pleasure to undergo two sets of imaging procedures, and I was in and out within 20 minutes.

This led to a total visit time of over four hours without completing the procedure. To their credit, some staff members acknowledged the disorganization, but that does not make up for the inconvenience and wasted time. For a medical facility, especially one handling scheduled imaging, this level of inefficiency and lack of preparation is disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not return and would recommend that others confirm all requirements in detail before scheduling or arriving.

I used to come here back when it was Montclair Radiology and the location is super convenient for me, but this is the last time I'll be coming here after repeated poor experiences. First, online scheduling. I must have uploaded my information 6 times -- they keep asking you to upload your personal documents repeatedly. Arrived there 15 mins ahead of appointment time as requested. Had to register once, they took my personal identification from me, then got called to a desk and STILL had to fill out additional paperwork. No one communicates with you about what's happening -- other patients waiting explained to me, oh, they're taking your ID and then you'll be called up to the desk. Waited 45 mins. after my appointment, so total of an hour from their requested arrival time. This was an appointment early in the morning too. The waiting room was already full of people with few seats by time I was called. Routine mammogram, was fine for what it was. In and out in 10 minutes. The whole process of making you wait foreever, making you give documents repeatedly, and poor communication throughout makes you feel like livestock, not a human. Nevermind them charging you extra for AI-aided exams. It's a personnel savings for them, but because insurance companies don't cover AI exam reading yet, they pass along the cost to the customer. Poor move and no, did not opt for this. Told me results would be posted to my portal in 24-48 hours. Going on day 5 here and no results yet. Tried calling and you cannot reach a human. They make you leave a message to get a call back. Records aren't reflected on my doctor's portal either so I have no way to learn about my results. Lovely way to add stress to my week. I live so close to this location, in fact, that I know they are not good neighbors to the people who live in surrounding properties in a residential neighborhood. Their employees have nowhere to park so they park too close to driveways which creates blindspots pulling into traffic. They extended their hours much later than the former owners and there are delivery trucks, landscaping, snow removal people who literally show up with loud trucks in the middle of the night. Have had several similar experiences in the past with waits, not being able to reach anyone over the phone, etc. Continued to come for the convenience of the location, but never, ever, ever again will I return.

Customer service reps do not speak English well and require one to speak incredibly slowly. The entire process is backwards and time consuming. After waiting for one more day, I called cvs pharmacy, cvs told me that they never received any prescription for me. Also the same day I saw the doctor, the front desk told me that they requested ultrasound results from ER I went based on my request. After one week when I called back to check if they received the results. They told me that they'll check and call me back soon. Nobody called back. I called again the second day. The girl said another woman requested the results and need to wait for her to get the answers. These people really prevent the patients to go to see the doctor even doctor is good.
