The building is easy to find, and they have a parking lot. The check-in and wait was quick. There's a pen cup with breasts on it, and the pink pens are super cute. There's only one paper to fill out if you've done the online registration beforehand. Then you go to a room with a nurse and go thru some details (family history etc). She takes you to a small dressing room where you get into a gown and put your stuff in a cute, secure locker. Here's the only drawback: The gown ties in the middle so you have to clutch it closed or your chest will be exposed in the waiting room. Also, the gown doesn't have pockets, so there's no place to put your locker key. (I tucked mine in my bun bc I was wearing leggings that didn't have pockets.) NOTE FOR FUTURE SELF: Bring 2 pins, one to close top of gown for waiting room and walking around between rooms, the second to pin your locker key to your gown or pants (or wear pants or a skirt with pockets). Or wear one of those wrist/armbands with a small pocket (for running or hiking or whatever). I had a sonogram then a 3D mammography. The care was gentle and, well, caring. You get your results before you leave, so no stressing out waiting. 110% recommend MBC! PS: To the reviewer who didn't get an appointment bc THEY didn't call HER to make an appointment? Like, that's not even a thing. (Also, no friends, only 1 review, and created her account in January just to post this negative review, even tho she lives in San Francisco? Looks like her review is the bad apple in the bunch.) OH YEAH, I have to mention they took my insurance and I just had a $xx copay. When I first found this place I was worried it would be out-of-pocket and I wouldn't be able to afford it. If you're nervous, don't be. Just go!

My insurance changed and I received a bill for $600 toward a deductible which should not apply! After a number of phone calls to the imaging center and my Dr it was clear the imagining center conveniently changed the procedure code so it was listed as diagnostic and not preventative so they could charge me and my insurance a ridiculous amount of money. I also called to see what the procedure would cost as self pay and it was 25% of the total I am being billed. The staff is unprofessional at the Wayne location and the billing department is clearly unethical which is billed through Imagecare at Denville. I am disputing the bill. Seriously unethical business practices.

I came here to receive treatment for a workers' comp-related injury. The staff was always patient and attentive. They connected me with their specialists and supported me as I worked to get stronger through physical therapy. For pain management, I saw Dr. Johnston. He reviewed my charts (x-rays, MRIs, diagnostic testing), listened to my concerns, and made clear, actionable plans to alleviate my pain so that i could get the treatment needed. The staff was very experienced; they handled my paperwork quickly, scheduled me with the appropriate doctors, and worked with my insurance, so that I could get the care I needed. I'm grateful for their help and thank them for supporting my recovery, as I never felt judged for my abilities.

I decided to choose this place for physical therapy for a different injury based on how my first experience was. Although you may have a referral for services, you must see a doctor first. It can be crowded to see a doctor and they have two doctors assigned to this location. However, they move quickly so you're not sitting here all day. The physical therapists are always friendly and helpful. However, some of front desk reception can use a class on customer service 101. There have been times when I've greeted them and no one replied. I just sign in when I come now and don't speak which isn't like me but I don't like to be ignored. Nonetheless, I love this place and I'll continue to come here when I need physical therapy.

They didn't follow the doctor's prescription correctly and missed half of the MRI order for my face and neck, only performing the orbits scan. After realizing their mistake, they contacted me to apologize and assured me that they would correct it at their cost. However, they went ahead and charged me twice instead. To make matters worse, they didn't ensure prior authorization with my insurance before the MRI, causing the insurance to deny coverage. Their negligence and lack of communication have cost me significant time, money, and stress. I'm now fighting with both the clinic and insurance for what should have been a straightforward procedure. This place is only interested in squeezing money out of patients, regardless of health or wellbeing. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. I was running errands and decided to just stop in and make an appointment. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and helpful! They explained that my type of imaging needed to be cleared by insurance and they had a specific wait time for that - which is probably why the website wouldn't let me make a next day appointment. When I came in for my appointment, I only had to wait about 10 minutes before I was brought into the main MRI room. I came in for an ankle MRI, but I have other medical issues that warrant bi-annual brain MRIs. I'm used to a metal detector in front of the door and having to change completely. It was weird for me to have them take my word that I didn't have any metal on me so I didn't have to change and my purse was just casually put on a nearby counter top. So I wish they explained that more to me in the moment. The techs were super friendly and the process was over quickly. I highly recommend this location!
