MA'AM, obviously I don't want kids now, and if not your business if I do want kids in the future as you are here to give me my annual exam. I was so disappointed by the level of professional, as a woman of color, I was hoping to feel more comfortable with another woman of color doctor, but she ruined it for me. After completing my paperwork, I was asked to wait in my car until I could be seen. The lobby was clean and looked well sanitized. So in addition to the $150 I had to shell out there and the money I had to pay for the unneeded prescriptions, I ended up having to go to my PCP a few days later and was diagnosed with a severe sinus infection and was immediately put on antibiotics. How is it possible that a supervisor could tell me she is looking a "live" screen showing that I did not satisfy my $900 deductible and at the same time she could NOT access my payments' history I made to them within less than a month ago in a total amount of over $783. Instead she asked me to call my insurance company and get a reference number. Is she for real? I ended up telling her to cancel my appointment and walked out of there never to go back.
