Well, I am not the patient here today. But I like their covid ways. When you come. The patient has to call from the parking lot and let them know they are outside. No guest allowed inside. But they have the number of the driver to update to let them know they will be out. This system is good and very covid friendly The place is nice and welcoming. The staff is masked and some gloved as well. When the patient is finished someone walks the patient out to the car. My son said the nurses and doctors remove the fear out of the patients fast with their friendly demeanor and calm presence. When your about to get sedated and putting your body in their hands,, feeling safe is important Great job. read more

Used to be the best, now it's got more of a factory feel. Rush you out as soon as the procedure is over. I literally saw a woman wheeled in to recovery after her procedure and 20 seconds later was being lightly slapped to wake up. Get 'em in, get 'em out! Overall, the staff is very nice tho. read more

I was a patient here for an endoscopy and colonoscopy back in November/December. I felt extremely rushed and nervous throughout the experience. Granted it was a Friday and I was the last patient to be picked up post-op, but the front desk workers and nurses seemed more preoccupied with the movies they wanted to see over the weekend than with me while I waited for my ride. They didn't even take the time to take the sticky sensors off my chest. Would not recommend, especially for a first time endoscopy or colonoscopy. read more

The front desk check in people have a lot to be desired. The office was not busy when I was there and they took a long time to check me in and were very disorganized. I noticed some HIPPA violations because they made me sign something about this and never gave me information. I had to ask for it and wait awhile so they could find the HIPPA document concerning privacy rules. Of all information available to patients, this should have been at their fingertips. I also signed something concerning a living will and once again, they could not locate the information to give me once again. These issues and documents are EXTREMELY IMPORTANT and should be a priority. When my procedures were over, no one gave me post follow up instructions other than say to call them. This was not acceptable either. The nurses and doctor were great and true professionals. It is their support staff that needs to be trained better and understand the importance of providing patients with HIPPA and LIVING WILL information. It would also help if they communicated better in English and smiled at least once. Found them lazy and apathetic. read more

Everyone who you encounter, from the office staff to the nurses to the doctors and basically anyone else who works there are true professionals. Their patience, empathy and caring helps eliminate much of the stress that patients feel having to undergo different procedures. It is obvious that they really care about what they do and about you. I was a wreck going in for both an endoscopy and colonoscopy (at age 34 no less). The staff was awesome. At first I was seriously bewildered at the note on the door that required women to ask the receptionist before using the restroom-- but they explained that they needed to give pregnancy tests prior to administrating anesthesia. Makes sense. I woke up and was just over stressed (I may have thrown up the entirety of the second portion of my 'shit kit' all over while sobbing right before we left for my test) and burst into tears. The nurses were very kind, very respectful of my attempting to have semblance of privacy and warned my husband that I was upset due to coming off the anesthesia so he knew what to expect. The nurses there are really all stars. Everyone eventually needs a colonoscopy and this place is efficient and compassionate. Can't ask for much more given the shitty circumstances! read more

Went for a routine colonoscopy recently at the Center; it was my first time there, and I highly recommend it. The staff are very courteous and professional. (Glenn was the nurse that was assigned to me; he was great!) Dr. Sood, the anesthesiologist, and Dr. Carl Wallach, who performed the procedure, are both great and also highly recommended. read more
