Great outside your personal Dr/Gyno office location for higher resolution sonograms 3D & 4D. Location has ample parking and small waiting area inside, but large private room with large screen/sofa area for you partner or guest to view along with you. The images were definitely an eye opener to what your baby inside looks like. So a lot less guessing and more WoW's of you have Mama's eyes and Dad's nose/lips. If you are far enough along as I was when getting done and baby is active you might get a show of smiles, winks, yawns and hand/foot movements. They offer various picture packages that vary in pricing, so be prepared to pay for what you can afford (out of pocket, not insurance covered). I opted for a package that came with a Teddy Bear that had the sound of my babies heartbeat inside. Super Sweet and nice memory as I waited for baby to arrive. Also fun to share with baby when having Mommy/Daddy and me time, and eventually to give the child when old enough. The technician was professional and quickly positioned us for the experience, keeping all neat, clean. She even pointed out some of the fun, but you will see it so much more clearly than your regular doctor office. It goes pretty fast depending on package you select I suppose, so suck it all in. :) Highly recommend if you have the means. read more

This is my second time coming here! i highly recommend this location over any other place! 10/10! I honestly feel like I know her personally and I go to a NYU provider and never received this type of care and professionalism as I do here....The location also has a place for my toddler to play and keep busy. Love this place! I went here for my first born and now with my twins. Although prices may be high for some people, i can promise you it's worth every penny! Very kind and caring staff. The lounges for where the sonogram is done is lovely, quiet, peaceful. Soft couch for family to rest on while they watch on a big screen the ultrasound being done. Also, there's a play area for young kids to keep them occupied. They provide photos and live videos to take home! I love that they're able to email copies! read more

I came here because I saw a flyer at my local coffee shop and thought it would be a good opportunity for my three-year-old to get into my pregnancy and see her baby sister. But what we got was so much more! There is a little living room and play area attached to the sonogram space for your family to sit and enjoy the show. It doesn't feel like anything medical at all. They were so accommodating to me when we couldn't get the baby to move enough to take a good picture. I never felt rushed and they answered every question I had. My three-year-old daughter left with an envelope of pictures and she was so excited to see her baby sister. We even got a teddy bear that has the baby's heartbeat inside. Such a wonderful experience! Totally worth it. Pro tips- drink tons of water 3-4 days before the sonogram to give the baby room to be seen. Eat an apple, fruit, sugar an hour before to make sure the baby is awake. read more

I brought my family with me for a 3D ultrasound at 31 weeks. We got good pictures but there were a few disappointing parts of the experience. The appointment started on a sour note as the prior appointment was running late (which alone isn't a big deal- that happens). What was annoying was that we were not allowed to wait in the waiting room and instead had to stand in the hallway. I'm not sure why we couldn't wait in the waiting room, but standing in the hallway for 20 mins without a place to sit was uncomfortable for me being as pregnant as I am. Im just not sure why they can't at least put a seat in the hallway if you can't sit in the waiting room. I really was perplexed though because no one was in the waiting room so it's not like there wasn't space. Our package included a heartbeat bear. The stuffed animal we picked ended up being pretty ratty. Shed all over us on the way home. The sono room itself was nice and had a comfortable area for my family to sit. My only complaint was it was very warm in there. Overall- the pictures and video were nice, but I expected a better experience overall for my $180 package. Having to wait in the hallway when there was a perfectly fine waiting room really turned me off. If they only want to let in 1 family at a time, they should have called me to tell me they were running late and to wait in my car. That would have been better. read more

My husband and I were so appreciative to have this experience together. With COVID he has understandably been unable to attend any appointments with me; which means he has missed out on being able to see sonograms as they take place ans heart his heartbeat "live" (other than the few pictures I would bring home). Iris was wonderful. We paid for a 20 minute session that includes a few photos, 4D recording, and a heartbeat bear. She also emailed everything from our session so we have video and all pictures we could save an print. On our initial session our boy was not cooperating but we were happy to see him and hear his heartbeat together. However, iris invited us back 2 weeks later so we could try again (at no extra charge) in the hopes that he would be "ready" next time. Overall this is just really wonderful business practice. I brought my parents and mother in law for a 3D/4D appointment. Waited for 40 minutes in the lobby outside the door, 10 minutes downstairs, and left. No one answered the phone and the door was locked. I wish I had the wonderful experience here that everyone else wrote about, but it seems Iris forgot about my appointment. If anyone's inside I can't imagine what's taking so long. Such a shame because this place came highly recommended but I don't see myself coming back. I really wish she would've emailed/called/or texted me to move the appointment if they couldn't honor it, rather than waste hours of my time and that of my family. read more

We just went to 3D imaging yesterday and my were we happy! The staff were extremely welcoming, professional and friendly! They were not "pushy" or rushed through explaining each package. The sonographer took her time and walked us through each detail pertaining to our baby girl's moves. Found this place through yelp. It was pretty close to my home as well. It is conveniently located next to Kpacho (restaurant) and lake success shopping center, with a ton of parking lot space. Located on the second floor and readily accessible. The entire suite was very clean, comforting, and inviting. The sono room has a huge comfy couch for all your loving family members to be able to share in your joy (up to 10 people) and a huge flat screen tv so they can see as well. I was helped by Iris. 3D Maternity Imaging was great to us. When we went for our appointment (the first time) and our baby boy was breech and generally not in a favorable position for the video and photo session. The technician was incredibly patient and let me try to walk about and move him before we tried again. Unfortunately, he was still camera shy and they allowed me to come back a few weeks later for a second session. Little boy was still breech, so they again let me come back a few weeks later for a third try. Today we were finally able to get a few good shots of the baby, even though he is still not in a great position. The technician tried her best and did everything she could in order to ensure we were happy customers. The staff was great, the room was large and furnished which was awesome for my family who came to see the session and in general I don't have any complaints. read more
