Great place for anything healthy. Love it! My husband comes here for his shakes and vitamins. I like to go here because they make your salads right in front of you. They also have smoothies. I went with the Main Street chopped salad for lunch and it was really scrumptious. This place is incredible if you are a health conscious salad lover! They make pre made and custom salads to your liking. The last time I was here I picked up a pre-made chicken caesar salad. When I tell you it was the best pre made salad I had ever had in my life, I mean it!! The lettuce wasn't cold and tasteless like most, it was succulent and light with flavor and the chicken was purely heaven as well as the honey dijon dressing I requested. While I am not exactly there for the endless stock of protein shakes and health bars they offer I can totally appreciate their vast inventory and selection. The smoothies and the salad are so good. Everything is real food and real fruit in the smoothies and it's all made fresh right in front of you! The only thing that drives me nuts is how late they open. In my opinion if you are going to be a juice bar then you should be opening at 8am instead of 11. Natural body is by far the best vitamin/supplement store around, not to mention their salads and smoothies are amazing! The staff at Natural Body are so knowledgable and not pushy like other vitamin/supplement stores I've been to in the past. They are the only place around I will go to for a salad or smoothie. All smoothies are made with natural ingredients and no sugar! My favorite is the pb&j, it tastes exactly like a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich. First off, this is the absolute cleanest place I've ever eaten in. Second, the chopped salads are absolutely amazing. My wife has been here many times, but this was my first trip. She usually lets me pick where we eat, but I was feeling adventurous and I knew she wouldn't mind coming here. Here's a quick tip: Unless you haven't eaten in days, order the small salad! You'll thank me later. The concept is very cool. You're given a little clipboard with all the ingredients they offer. You mark off what you like(skip what you don't) and then you can add grilled chicken, turkey or tuna. Then everything goes in a bowl and gets finely chopped. The result was heaven. I am by no stretch a salad guy, but I thoroughly enjoyed this one! I even had the rest for lunch! Referred by SuperBowls, since they don't offer any fresh juices themselves, so we decided to check it out. I used to come here religiously for supplements but don't live in the area anymore, but I really do miss this place. I decided to get the chlorophyll green juice. I added an apple and some cucumber too. Besides the fact that it tasted like freshly cut grass clippings (not their fault lol, my decision) I knew my body needed it. Natural Body is a nice and refreshing store that was recently added to Main Street in Patchogue. Aside from Natural Body, the only other store that sells supplements is really GNC (Overpriced like crazy and generally will try and push items onto you) and supermarkets (Again, way overpriced). While you won't find outstanding prices that you'll find online (less overhead), the prices are pretty decent. Getting a product in my hands that day is worth the extra few bucks in many instances. While I haven't eaten there yet, I've had a few shakes - and they're delicious. Anyone going there should try the Banana / Peanut Butter / Honey shake. The shakes are kind of pricey, but they're healthier than those at Tropical Smoother (They add sugar, or so I've been told by other people). The store is always clean when I step in, and the setup is nice. It has less products than GNC, but they will most likely have what you need. Gift cards are also available, and you can also purchase organic food in the back. There's also some basic workout items you can buy such as a shaker. What Natural Body needs is a reward card of some sort that other places have. Maybe accrue $1 for every $20 spent or something. Otherwise, the store is great. I ordered a salad that cost me $13.04, paid in cash. The team at the cashier gave me the wrong salad, with ingredients I cannot eat. I promptly called the establishment and advised them of the incident. Since I work far from the place, I asked for a delivery. Since they don't have a delivery service, I asked if they can call an Uber to bring the right salad, because sorry, can't take a 2 hour lunch to get one salad when it's not even my fault. My suggestion is that you put the label on TOP of the lid so that it's easier to check to confirm you have the right order when you leave, AND that it would make is easier for the team to handle more than three customers at a time. read more
