The french onion burger which includes a double stack smash patty blend of brisket, chuck, and shortrib, topped with caramelized onions, provolone, garlic aioli on brioche with a side of au jus. I tempered my expectations but this burger just blew me away. The beef blend itself is incredible and makes for a juicy and ultra beefy bite. The garlic aioli wasn't overpowering and the caramelized onions added that nice bit of sweetness. Dipping it in the au jus just took it to another level. I was truly in bliss eating this. The fries crazy enough were strikingly close to the ones offered at the golden arches, which I'm fond of. My only knock is that they were a bit well done so while they were very crispy, they were also a bit hollow inside. Our waitress was lovely on this night, shoutout Taylor R. She took the time to offer food suggestions for my friend and he ended up loving it.
