Here we go, A new place to eat on Motor Pwky. On the same line up of restaurants Mogu, Starbucks, Jersey Mike's. Great location. LIE is right in the area. As I walked in very clean fresh smell of salad. Dining area was minimal but it was clean,quiet little place to order. Selections were wraps, salads, smoothies. If you looking for a healthy lunch this is the place to go. Customer service was superb. Workers were very polite with a smile, very helpful. I ordered the Thai wrap. Which by the way it was delicious. Fresh ingredients was very tasty. Lunch volume was normal not overly crowded. Pricing was pretty reasonable compared to other places. I scheduled for pick up about 30 minutes prior. Not sure if there procedure but they made it when I got there. I requested to have grilled chicken instead of fried but she ended up mixing it. Staff is nice. The salad was delicious. Salad is about $13 it could technically feed 2 people. read more

I was very disappointed with my dinner tonight. I ordered via a delivery app, so I cannot speak on customer service. I ordered shrimp Caesar salad and I added cucumbers and avocado. Firstly there was no avocado at all. I searched and I searched. Secondly, it came with 5 of the smallest shrimp, and then I found a small piece of the smallest shrimp. Just Salad is on Long Island and I couldn't be more happy. Service has always been great at any location I've been too. I miss the old menu from when I was a frequent flyer when I worked in midtown Manhattan. But they still have fresh ingredients and tasty salad combos. I placed a website order at 12:17 pm for delivery. It has now been over 90 minutes & I have yet to receive it. I was told 36 minutes ago by a Guest Relations Rep's response to my email (as there is no contact # for the store) that my order would be delivered in 15-18 mins. I asked for my money back & am now going to run to 7-Eleven to grab myself something. Laughably now the rep is trying to tell me that she cannot refund my $ because their records show the order was dropped off at 2:01 pm which is absolutely was not. I even checked the alcove of the other door. Update 3/17/26 ~ Instead of refunding me the $ as I requested 2x, they gave me credit for the full amount. I highly doubt that I will be order from that location again so the credit is not of any benefit to me. read more

We were looking for a healthy option midway to our shopping destination. We love Just Salad and have been to many of them. We found this conveniently located right off the highway exit 55 on the LIE. It is located on the first floor of an office building. There is a decent amount of parking. Spacious interior with several tables. As usual, good sized portions and delish. The egg added to my husbands salad also not included. Lesson learned just make the freaking salad at home that way it doesn't cost you $30 for lettuce and dressing. read more

I'm a regular customer at Just Salad every weekend, but I've had repeated negative experiences with the same employee (a woman with "blessed" tattooed on her neck). She's consistently rude, doesn't greet customers, and acts like it's a hassle to make the bowls. Last night, she barely gave me any lettuce or sweet potato, then tried to overcharge me for triple the portion even though I always order the same thing and know the usual price. When another employee corrected her, she still told me I'd be paying the higher price next time. She also dismissed another worker who said there was cucumber dressing, and weirdly smelled the bottle in front of me. I usually love coming here, but this employee's attitude and behavior are unacceptable and make the experience really unpleasant. read more

I came to a Yelp event which brought me back here because the food was good.  I would have never walked in here prior because I thought it was ONLY salads they sold - but to my surprise it was bowls also.  I tried ordering the exact same thing at the Yelp event, which was make your own bowl.  And I realized, how expensive it actually was - I could only pick 4 toppings within the price - HUH?  So I went with a salad because it was cheaper.  Well, I found out protein doesn't even come with a salad (and they don't offer steak) and you pay extra for the cheese you want... LOL!!!!!? I'd rather go to chipolte or qdoba right across the street where I can pick as many toppings, or even cava!  At those places you pay for the type of MEAT you'd like, and pick whatever toppings you want! Their paper menu doesn't even have the prices on it, that's the biggest clue they charge you for every little thing. But their food was good, seems healthy - but im not sure why they limit on toppings and charge for the extra, since most places dont do that read more

I have had three salads from this restaurant. The ingredients are on display and visually appear fresh, and when you bring the salad home everything tastes fresh. Because the ingredients are fresh, the leftover salad lasts in the refrigerator for about two days before you notice any changes. For the salads that I have brought home, the weight of the salads has also been acceptable, usually around 16 ounces +/- a little either way, but an adequate portion and filling. The restaurant is open for a healthy lunch and/or dinner. I have compared the Just Salad restaurants on Jericho Turnpike in Commack and Motor Parkway in Hauppauge. I found the restaurant in Commack to be superior in taste and portion size/weight of salads. read more

The food is always so good but I wanted to give 5 stars to the employee behind the line. She is so patient, informative, all in all an amazing employee. She helped me quick and efficiently so our interaction was brief. Something I love when I'm in a quick lunch break. But while I'm sitting eating I was able to hear her with other customers and she has just shown great customer service while doing the job well. Drove all the way here and ordered the Honey Crispy Chicken Salad, the chicken was hard and not even edible. How do you serve somebody old hard chicken? Here's the Scoop! I couldn't wait for this place to open. It's the second day of operation. Everything looks very fresh. So many choices and combinations for salads. They also serve wraps, avocado blast toast, and plant based smoothies. You can order a salad idea from the menu and add on other salad choices. (Build a salad) 2 salads we built came up to $26.58. With extra toppings, sodas brought our cost up to $41.49. Overall the salad was tasty, the seating comfortable and the service friendly. I definitely will return because I need more salad in my life. I love the bamboo straws. A very nice touch! I gave them a 4 star rating because I think the counters are very high for a person of my height to reach for my salad to take to the register. I think at least a person of the height 5'5 would feel comfortable reaching for a large bowl of salad from off of the counter. Do check this place out! I used to come here twice a week since it opened. I just stopped in for the last time! First of all they cut the portions in half! When I asked the girl she did not understand English, so she sent over a man who I would think was the manager. I asked him what happened to the portion and he said we are cutting it down.they are trying to figure out the portion size to show a better profit. With a response like that and as uncaring as he was this will be my last visit. From now on it is an extra 5 minute drive for me to just go to Sweet Greens, as there portion sizes are almost double for roughly the same price or less. read more

The food here is so good 10/10 This location just opened and I was excited to finally try it. From the start of our walk in Jennifer greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome. Spent $17 on a pick 2 combo of buffalo chicken salad and a smoothie. When I got back and opened my bag to eat there was not even 1 single piece of chicken in it.
