I love this place my new spot. The bartender was great. The food was amazing. I had margarita pizza, clams, and oysters. It was outstanding. The ambience is delightful. Very beautiful one point. I will definitely have a party there could go there and have a drink at the bar or you can sit at the table with you and your partner or a group and have a party when I was there there was a big party there. It was very nice. The new go to spot.

Pluses: Baked Clams, Lamb chops and Napoleon. Excellent service for our very large party. We had a great time celebrating a friend's 50th birthday. Photographer was a nice touch and I would recommend for a fun night out. They had a DH Friday night and that was fun. All around, a great experience. We went with the prix fixe family style. Pricey but the food and drink were excellent and we were able to take our leftovers home. Definitely a great party atmosphere. If you're looking to have a conversation, I might choose a night they don't have a DJ. It was quite loud but we were there for the delicious food and dancing. So it was pretty perfect.

Patrizia's is truly an amazing dining experience packed with some fun as well. I have been there several times and each time has been excellent! To start, they have a nice bar at the front of the restaurant where you can sit and have a drink/ food as well. Amy the bartender is amazing. She handled the bar as a professional taking care of her customers, making drinks and with any food orders. She is very nice and personable. And she remembers you as well. Tonight we were a party of 4 and the bill with tip including alcohol was $260. This included 2 apps, 4 dinners and dessert for 1 with coffee. For starters, they bring plenty of bread to the table with a nice garlic and oil blend. We ordered the eggplant (napoleon?) layered with eggplant, mozzarella and grilled veggie. It was about 6" talk and loaded with flavor. We also ordered the grilled polpo which is out of this world. Tender with a nice crisp char flavor! For dinner, we ordered 2 chicken Francaise and 2 Veal Parmigiana with a side of pasta. All dinners were very nice portions and so delicious! Julie was our waitress who took very good care of us. When we sat at 5:30, we were one of the first tables there. When we left, the place was jamming with many parties and a lot of energy, which was awesome. They even have a DJ on the weekends. And when it's a birthday, the sparklers fire up, the music plays, everyone sings while waving their napkins. They also offer an amazing prix fix dinner special which is truly unbeatable, especially if you want to have a party there! I highly recommend Patrizias!

Patrizia's has a casual and inviting atmosphere. One of the offerings at Patrizia's is their family-style options, perfect for those who enjoy the communal aspect of dining; But you can also order individual servings. The menu at Patrizia's has a delightful selection of traditional and contemporary Italian cuisine with generous portions. The fresh bread and oil are addicting. The white sangria was refreshing and delicious. Their dessert selection was also good. During our visit, the service provided by our server, Anthony, was nothing short of excellent. His attentive and friendly demeanor enhanced our dining experience and made us feel like valued guests.

Great food and great wine! The staff will attend to all your needs! The music provides a family- friendly ambiance too! Huge portions are nice for to-go containers.

I am one that has never tried Patrizia's homestyle Italian cuisine until yesterday. I have learned that they have fifteen locations throughout the five boroughs, New Jersey, Long Island, Florida, and now the sunny island of Aruba. The restaurant dining area had a cafeteria style resemblance with many tables occupied by parties over ten people. The bar area was located near the entrance of the restaurant with limited seating. The restaurant is perfect for large group celebrations, with a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. There's even prix fixe "Family Style Dinner" with appetizers, pasta, entrees, dessert, and coffee. That is a fabulous concept. I was there to celebrate a birthday with a large group. Our host chose the prefix family style dinner which was a great idea for a large group. We started with a platter of creamy mozzarella with a fresh green salad. Then baked clams, tortellini, and pizza. All delicious. When desserts and the birthday cake were presented to the table, the staff came out to music and sang happy birthday in a stylish matter. It was all just fun. Overall, a surprising fun dining experience. The staff was impressive.

I can't believe I went this long without discovering this gem of a restaurant…read more From the moment we walked in, everything was exceptional. Our waiter, Steve, was incredible, and the entire staff couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating. I believe Rich, the owner, stopped by our table several times to make sure everything was perfect, which added such a personal touch. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful, like stepping onto the set of an old-world Italian movie. The soft Italian music, warm lighting, and elegant atmosphere made for a perfect dining experience. The drinks were spot on. I had two Belvedere vodkas on the rocks with martini olives, and they were perfectly prepared. The specials all sounded tempting, but the regular menu offers more than enough outstanding choices, with an impressive selection of pasta, chicken, veal, and seafood dishes. We started with the Insalata Mista, featuring romaine, Boston lettuce, chicory, radicchio, tomatoes, and anchovies, along with roasted peppers and anchovies. I can never get enough anchovies. For our entrées, we shared a bone-in chicken special served with a rich Gorgonzola cream sauce, and a simple but perfectly executed linguine with garlic and oil. Sometimes the simplest dishes are the most satisfying. Dessert was outstanding--a slice of rainbow cake served with zabaglione, fresh blueberries, and whipped cream, accompanied by two flawless cappuccinos. Yes, the food was outstanding. Yes, the service was outstanding. And yes, the atmosphere was outstanding. But what really sets this place apart is something that's hard to describe: the vibe. It's warm, authentic, welcoming, and just feels old world special. Years ago, my favorite restaurant on Long Island was Caracalla on Jericho Turnpike in Syosset. Sadly, it burned down in 2013, and I've been searching ever since for a restaurant that could fill that void. Nothing ever did--until now. Sempre Vivolo has officially earned that spot. It has become my new favorite restaurant on Long Island, and I can't wait to go back.

Now, I knew nothing about Mezza Luna, never heard of it or looked for reviews first, so I had no idea what the night would bring! We called from the car to make sure they were still serving dinner, the owner answered and told us he would have a table ready when we arrived. My first thought... impressive and a very nice man! We found the restaurant, pull into the parking lot, it was so full we literally got the last spot! My second thought....it's going to be an expensive night, but I was looking forward so I was prepared, it was pay day! LOL! The owner greeted us as we walked in, Mezza Luna is a classy, romantic restaurant with a warm, comfortable feel to it! I already had the feeling anything we ordered would be extremely well prepared and delicious, I was right! Friday evenings there is live music! A guy playing an acoustic guitar was set up in a nice spot when we walked in, very talented and played some great classic rock songs! Our table was perfect, could easily seat four people! Right away, glasses of ice water were served with a basket of fresh semolina bread! Our waiter, Fred, came over shortly after. I have to say the service is superb! He was very courteous and attentive throughout the evening! I can't even count how many times someone came to our table to fill our glass with water! The menu is very nice, you will without a doubt find any of your favorite dishes to choose from. Decisions, decisions, decisions...It was tough but I went with the Filet of Sole Francaise. My daughter chose a pasta dish. Fred read off the specials, all great choices, but I still ordered my favorite dish! However, beef barley soup was part of the specials so I ordered that. It was over the top delicious and a nice size serving! They don't skimp on anything, lots of beef with tiny pasta and vegetables. Even though finely chopped so no big pieces, there was a big taste of everything in each spoonful. I finished it all! The presentation was also beautiful and served piping hot! As everything on the menu is ala carte, your dish comes as is, so we didn't order any pasta or appetizers. It was a little pricey but believe me, it won't matter to you! The portions are big enough and a complimentary bowl of fresh mixed vegetables are served with your dinner. The francaise sauce was perfection and my fish was succulent, very fresh! My daughter enjoyed her pasta dish tremendously! There is always room for dessert, even though I felt like I couldn't eat another bite, I couldn't pass up dessert. My favorite was one of the choices (of course it was) but so were 3 or 4 others. They offer two kinds of tartufo which was a first for me! I went with the tiramisu! It was one of the best I ever had! It was so over the top delicious I finished it all!! Last nights dinner was one of the best I have had in a long time, even better than the Country House, where we went for Easter! This was just different, a very elegant experience. I highly recommend Mezza Luna. Especially if you have a SO, you must dine here! I will absolutely be back soon, not one negative about the evening I can think of, it was really a perfect night!

It's beautifully pillowy with a crisp undercarriage. It's perfectly oily without being greasy. It's (IMO) too saucy which tends to make it a little sloppy but it's a balanced sauce of sweet and tart with just the right amount of cheese. Their regular pie is a benchmark pie for Long Island pizza. It's just right. No notes. The chicken parm and meatball parm heroes are also benchmark sandwiches. I judge all heroes against theirs. Personally, I prefer the chicken parm, but it's a 1A/1B situation. There's no wrong choice. My only complaint would be that I wish they were a little bit larger.

It means buyer beware. But when it comes to dishes, you might have noticed there is no pasta with my Chicken Parm. That's because the Chicken Parm is $32 freaking dollars if you order it with pasta. The owner and staff seem super friendly, but I have never in my life seen this price for Chicken Parm and pasta. I told the owner that and he said it's $16 and change for the Chicken Parm and $15 and change for the pasta. If you don't know, after alcohol, an Italian restaurant's biggest profit margin is pasta. For this restaurant, it might be number one. Pasta is incredibly cheap to make so the markup here is beyond insane. The price for pasta is so high that they almost definitely miss the ideal price point. In other words, this price will drive down orders and keep customers away. At a lower price point, it will drive more groups of people spending more money. Aside from that, the food is excellent and I still recommend this place. It really is great food. Just don't order pasta.

Unfortunately, things have definitely changed. The vibe that once made this place special just isn't there anymore. On a Friday night, the atmosphere feels flat, and even the lighting could use some work (Too Bright) it would benefit from being dimmed to create a more inviting and energetic setting. The staff doesn't seem as engaged as they once were, and sadly, the food isn't hitting the same either. The biggest disappointment, however, has been the music. The DJs don't seem to know how to read the crowd. When most of the room is sitting down and barely even bobbing their heads, it's probably time to switch things up and get some energy flowing. The one bright spot is Mike behind the bar. He's still on point, keeps the drinks coming, and provides the level of service that keeps customers happy. I truly enjoyed this place in the past, which makes it even more disappointing to see it heading in this direction. I'm hoping management takes notice and brings back the atmosphere that made people want to keep coming back.

Of course, both myself and my hubby chose entrees (veal parmigiana and meat lasagna) with a $5.95 up charge for each. On this Friday night, there was live music. We ordered the gluten free fried zucchini, which I have to say I liked better then most other versions I've had. It seems they have an extensive menu of gluten free options which my friend appreciated very much. I got the Pollo Florendena which is two large chicken cutlets breaded and fried with spinach & mozzarella in a brown gravy served with vegg (string beans) and a small potato croquette. The chicken was tender, the gravy tasty and the beans not over cooked. The potato was meh. I took home most of my dinner.
