This is THE place to go for wraps and salads. I used to poke around all of the local salad spots trying to see which was the best and I have found it. Caroline and Maria are two sisters who own this restaurant and are so hands on and always hard at work when I walk through the door. My go to is a caesar salad wrap with chicken and I find myself going back for it on a regular basis. They chop the salad and panini press the wrap so it is just perfect. (They also have a delicious spicy caesar dressing too) On top of offering delicious salads and wraps they have frozen yogurt and other snacks. Highly recommend trying them if you are in the area. I gave this place 2 stars because the girls working there were nice and it was clean inside The Southwest chicken wraps were pretty good ( so I was told) but they gave us Russian dressing on the side ( or something not spicy ) I got a salad. I barely ate it. It was warm and soggy. The dressing had no flavor The chicken seems like prepackaged stuff I could get at Costco- and they charged over $5 for a scoop of it. VERY rarely do I ever feel the need to update a review, but I do feel this one is warranted. I typically order from here 1-2 times a month but it seems like something has drastically changed. The prices have remained the same but the wraps have shrunken SIGNIFICANTLY. Really hoping today was a fluke but if this is the new normal I'll be going elsewhere. Wraps, and dressing/sauces are way smaller than usual. It's fine if you guys are trying to cut costs but $45 for two small wraps, drinks and chips is wild. We've driven past this place a bunch of times and finally decided to give it a try! Absolutely delicious! Humongous everything wedge chopped salad that was freshly put together and hand chopped! I normally choose not to write negative reviews like this, but based on my experience, felt to share... Don't go here if you have a Groupon! Even though you paid for it, they will not honor it! The owner refused to accept and just tells you to go back to Groupon for a reimbursement. However, it is not that simple. Groupon requires a process to look into and no clarity on if you will even get the money back. There was no clear explanation as to why the Groupon would not be accepted other than that they are having problems with Groupon. Ironically, I talked to one of the employees there about two weeks ago confirming ahead of time they fixed the issue with Groupon that they were having the first time I tried to use it. The employee said they "did accept" Groupon and I could use it that day. When telling the owner this today, she insinuated that I was a liar and said how all her employees knew not to say they accept Groupon, even though I directly confirmed with someone weeks before today. Well, I am certainly not a liar, but just from that approach it told me quite a bit about who is running this place. The owner could have offered some kind of discount for the inconvenience and negative experience based on their "issue" with Groupon. This was very poorly handled by the business owner. Maybe they can be proactive and have Groupon reimburse everyone who bought this, and avoid negative experiences from people who go out of their way to use it at their store. read more

Walked in at lunch time on a rainy Wednesday afternoon. There were a few people ahead of me, which was good because I didn't know what I wanted. There was a young girl helping someone and a gentleman who you could tell was in charge. He had an answer for every question, including mine. "Can I do a make your own warm bowl?" I didn't see it on the menu, but his answer was he could do anything I wanted. So the set up is like Subway where the food is in front of you behind glass. Except it's not crappy cold cuts and warm cheese. It's beautifully fresh, clean ingredients. And the chicken was hot, seasoned perfectly and also freshly prepared. A container was filled for me with everything I chose. They had tons of crispy, crunchy options in glass jars...from cashews to seeds to tortilla strips. The avacado ranch was recommended and I had it on the side, all to go. It came out to $15 and change. It costs more to eat healthy and I will gladly pay for a good meal and great service. It was very heavy and I got 3 meals out of it! Worth every penny. I hope they get the support of the community and stick around because I will definitely be taking the ride for another meal. Side note #1- There was another "farm to table" place in the same strip that we went into first but stood there for over 10 minutes with not even a greeting, so out the door we went. I believe that my daughter got E-Coli from the salad. We went there 2 times and wasn't feeling well. Had a test and it was confirmed. Didn't eat anywhere else except home (and our house is spotless). so I think the salad is perhaps not washed well. Sorry to post this but it is important for salad to be washed and washed again. read more

Went for the first time last week. Very friendly staff. I loved watching a more experienced staff help a new employee. She was kind and patient. Pretty decent salad. Spicy Caesar salad w chicken . I stopped here after work and got the Southwest salad with chicken. Everything was very fresh (even late in the day). Crunchy lettuce and tortilla strips (not soggy or stale), avocado was perfect (not mushy or brown), and the chicken was juicy and flavorful. Dressings are made in house. If salad could have "style", this is it. Also, my salad wasn't chopped to death. It still had texture. Two words: Go here. The freshness, the variety (they have protein smoothies, paninis, frozen yogurt, and every ingredient under the sun!), the whole vibe is healthy. They seriously know how to make a satisfying salad. Went for the first time today and will be back soon! We were regulars when Proportion was there and were looking for a good salad today. We were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked in. There were so many options to add to the salads or wraps and paninis. Everything was super fresh and looked so good I just kept adding more which resulted in an enormous and delicious wrap- made just how I liked it.
