Wanted to try a new salad spot and glad we stumbled on this place! Once you walk in, it's bright and clean with the cutest wall mural. The back entrance is just as nice. Love how clean it is. It felt refreshing just to walk in there. The service was pretty fast and the food was amazing! Probably one of the best bowls I've ever had. They don't skimp out on any of the ingredients and pack the bowl. The ratio of everything in the bowl was perfect. Here's what I ordered: - Miso Spicy Bowl: brown rice, shredded broccoli, jalapeno, sautéed mushrooms, crispy onions, shredded beef and miso dressing It was SO good! 4th response: I honestly think you're unhinged. I see on your page here that you jump down everybody's throat if they don't give you 5 stars. It's very sad as a business owner that you don't use yelp as a tool, but instead as an attacking ground. The business next door to you has nothing to do with your business. I gave you 4 stars and you attacked me for it. I read your prior reviews and you've attacked others as well. You're supposed to use this to better your business but I see there's no help for you on that. I would never go to your establishment again and I'll make sure the local community knows your behavior as well. If you read my reviews, since you claimed you did, you'll see I'm a 10 year elite with honest and truthful reviews. You'll also see that I don't have a ton of bad reviews, you're just jumping down my throat again because you happened to receive one now. I'm not the one using yelp to destroy businesses, your behavior is what will destroy you. 3rd response: The unprofessionalism is disgusting. I would never step foot in this establishment again after the way the owner has spoken to me. I was never rude and gave this establishment 4 stars... which he then attacked me on and wondered why not 5!? Well, I explained why and was bashed for it. I would never give this place my money again. 2nd response: I opted for the 4 star review because of the price. I am now giving it a 3 star review because of this response. $16 is expensive for a bowl of lettuce, first and foremost... With one piece of chopped up chicken. Your response as a business owner is a little off putting to say the least. I am entitled to my opinion since I've been to plenty of eateries and salad places. I too work 3 jobs in this economy... So I've driven by for over a year now lol place looks really clean but never tried it because the parking is a puzzle to me (apparently you can go on a side street vs risking life on Main Street) I tried the salads via uber eats two days back and was blown away; everything was fresh the combinations were unique and incredible and honestly was the best salad I've had. Just went back for seconds braving collisions on main st but is worth the hassle. My wife and I tried two different salads and can't speak up enough about the fresh ingredients and flavor; this makes just salad and chop's feel like the McDonald's of salads. Place was immaculate and well designed (great place to sit) staff was friendly. Do yourself a favor and try this out. Also I do not know them in any capacity lol but been looking for a good salad place on the island for years. read more

Thrilled to have a great salad/wrap spot nearby. Today I tried Salad-icious for the first time and was very impressed! The options were amazing. So many fun toppings and dressing to choose from. I ended up with my take on a southwest chicken wrap: black beans, roasted corn, crispy onions, shredded cheese, roasted chicken and romaine lettuce in a wrap and pressed on the panini press! I loved everything about this wrap. It was fresh and delicious and a nice portion size. Can't wait to get lunch here again. read more

I was very curious to try the spot since it's right around the corner from my house on Main Street in SMITHTOWN. I noticed a few months ago that this place was going in and was eagerly awaiting its opening. I decided to try it for lunch today and was pleasantly surprised, I kept things simple and ordered the barbecue chicken salad with chipotle ranch dressing. The young lady preparing my salad was very friendly and helpful and asked me if I wanted my salad toss or chopped I opted for chopped I was expecting to pay around $15 for the salad and that's exactly what it cost, there was plenty of food and it probably could've been good for two lunches. I'm happy to say that the space is clean and spacious. I would definitely try this place again. The only downside is you will have trouble finding on the street parking you will want to park behind this establishmentwhich will require you to find the correct side street to turn on and find the parking lot. My wife and I were hungry and didn't want to get yet another burrito, we wanted to try something new. She was in the mood for a salad and honestly I wasn't too excited. She heard about this place and we decided to try it out, I want expecting too much. I got the miso bowl and I have to say I really liked it. We try to eat healthier during the week and sometimes pig out too much on the weekend so we wanted to try to eat better this time around. They even had a healthier desert, it was like some sort of panini with bananas and strawberries inside, we did get it with Nutella however, that was our treat. The miso bowl I got was great, you can alter it as you want and add or subtract stuff, I had them take off the jalapeños. I ate the entire bowl, I especially liked the roasted mushrooms. I think they have smoothies too and açaí things but we didn't try them this time. Definitely worth a try. read more

Healthy, delicious and lots of variety. Anyone who likes to go to Chipotle for the good food and value would find the same in this place.

So good! Large serving of protein and the ingredients were fresh. The maple balsamic dressing was delicious.

I got the smithtown sunset salad and it was absolutely delicious! Clean place with cute murals on the walls! Great menu options and lots of beverage options to choose from. I only knocked off a star due to how long I have to wait for my salad, it was close to 20 minutes, and I didn't even eat it there because I had to head back to work. I will order ahead next time. Just tried salad-icous for the first time. Holy delicious! Thank goodness we finally have a good salad place nearby. The selections were plentiful and everything is fresh. The portions are huge and prices are very reasonable. Everyone who works there is super friendly and knowledgeable. The place is very clean and plenty of seats if you want to stay. The food was exactly what we were looking for- super fresh with inventive combinations of flavors and textures. There are so many great options. I had a rice bowl with chicken, black beans, avocado and crispy onions. The dressing tied it all together deliciously. My wife had the signature salad, chopped. She raved over it. And you can customize your ingredients as you see fit, choosing from an impressive variety of ingredients. Both meals were very reasonably priced generously portioned. Bonus points for the friendly, helpful staff. More bonus points for having recycling options, and eco-friendly bowls and utensils. Smithtown needs a place like this. Support it! The salads here are huge. They have so many topping and protein options, their dressings are insane (especially the chipotle ranch) and the owners are 2 of the nicest people. We went in there last night and they were super busy, I work in the service industry so I never mind waiting when I know a place is getting slammed, but he apologized profusely for the wait and then gave us one of our salads on the house. I can't explain how thankful I am this salad place opened because the food is fantastic the owners are ever better and the price is actually reasonable and not 25$ for a salad. I waited today for over 20 minutes for a salad! The salad was very dry and the employee was rude. My husband's name was called and the woman allowed a couple to cut the line even though our bowls were sitting next to the cashier. We took the food and sat down and we were talking with our friends when a woman cleaning the tables heard us say "We won't come here again" and she asked us "why?" We expressed our dissent with the food and service and she said "We are busy today, I won't argue with you"! Why come up and speak to us when you won't bother hearing what we had to say??? You can't raise your voice on a costumer and then say I don't want to be argumentative. That woman was rude, aggressive, and dismissive. We are entitled to voice our opinion. Too bad this place is a min from us, we have to walk past it everyday :( You should also remove the soup from your menu since you didn't have it. read more
