I have been disputing the charge on my Chase account as well as contacting the Rocky Point, NY establishment to cancel the account so that I would no longer be charged. I have gone down there 5 times from October 1-October 20 to ask to have my membership terminated. Each time I am told that the manager is either not in or on a conference call and cannot cancel the membership at that time but will call me back. I have never received a call and continue to be charged for the service. I have attached photos of the documents I filled out for the 5th time on October 16, 2024, yet am still being charged for the service on October 21, 2024. Sadly, now that I am looking into this, I see this is a standard practice with this business. Be very thoughtful before you sign this contract.
