Before beginning she asked me if any parts of body was off limits and how much pressure I wanted/preferred. She really cared about my comfort level. Jamie completed my facial. She asked questions about my skin prior and my skin routine at home. She really cared for and about my skin. After my three treatments I had a small tapas plate of some fresh veggies, orange slices, hummus and crackers. I also had some champagne. The spa itself was very clean.
