They arrive for their massages and the merchant says that "in the fine print it says that only one appointment per party can be made at one time". Got a certificate for Christmas made an appointment today. Staff was very friendly. I found the place to be super clean did not feel uncomfortable. The massage was thorough. The masseuse did not do a lot of chatting which I liked. I prefer personally, but did check in for my comfort levels, if I was OK with everything that was happening which I was, upon Leavin I was given a frequent visitor card, which I will utilize in the future for massage, and perhaps try other services that they offer. I have been getting massages for 10+ years now and something awful or weird always happens. Today, I got a 90min full body massage and it was flawless. Literally the most amazing massage I could have dreamed of. If you haven't gone here, you need to. I would even pay. I found them in groupon and I will make sure to go a minimum of once a month. After reading the reviews, I decided to schedule a 90-minute massage for myself and my daughter, although I was not too certain after reading those with one star. But, after getting off a plane from San Diego the day before and needing some relief asap, we went ahead and quickly realized that either those that posted bad reviews were just people you can't make happy no matter what you do, or the establishment listened and changed for the better. The massage was incredible! The staff was friendly and professional. The therapists were respectful and attentive to our needs; always checking to make sure we were comfortable with the level of pressure. I also checked the website, aware that they had a sauna (which we will use next time), and made the decision to add the pain relief cream for a mere $5. The cream was worth it! I went in with severe muscle aches from my job and the plane ride and left pain-free. It's hours later, and I have not felt this great in ages! I live in CA and have paid triple for a massage at upscale spas, and this was comparable as far as the quality of the massage. I am providing a split review for Lilly Spa because we had one good experience and one bad with our 90 minute couples massage. The positive points where, that the spa is brand new so it was extremely clean, smelled fresh, the linens are all new and so were the tables, etc. My husband had a massage by Emmie and it was good because she was very tentative to him, gave a great massage, and he came out feeling relaxed. Unfortunately I received my massage from Lisa. Lisa seemed extremely rushed, and frustrated. Her massage technique was terrible, it was extremely strong, and all over the place. She didn't understand when I was asking her to stop applying such hard pressure so today I actually feel worse than I did when I went in. And I am extremely tender in my muscle areas that she worked and massaged. When we finally were turned over my husband was on the next table and I could see that his body was completely covered with the blanket, and only when Emmie was massaging a specific area she would uncover the blanket. Where unfortunately Lisa just didn't care left the blanket uncovered although I kept trying to place it back on my body parts to keep me warm. And the only reason why I knew this is because were my husband had he warm towel placed over his eyes she did not do the same for me. So I could see everything that was going on. And when I would ask her something specifically she really truly didn't understand me. I am providing a two star review because it's such a shame the place is beautiful and I think it's just a pure language barrier and the lack of training on Lisa's end. But this can result in the harm of somebody's actual body and muscle tissue so just be careful because you truly do get what you pay for... lesson learned... read more

I have been getting massages for decades, from super expensive to cheap. I had been seeing Lillys Spa pop up on my screen for massages for a few months now. I finally decided to give them a try last nite. I had a 90 min massage and OMG, it was THE BEST massage I have ever had! Everything was absolutely perfect, which has never happened before. There is always something that is off...too much talking, pressure not right, etc. Jason, my masseuse, had the strokes and pressure perfect! He found all my knots and gently worked them out. I cannot rave enough about him! As for the spa itself, it is very clean and welcoming. Staff wore masks and the furniture was very comfortable with a warm and inviting atmosphere. This spa is nice, it's clean and I've had a good experience here a couple of times. However, I strongly suggest that you make sure to NOT let Jason do your massage. He is terrible! He gave me the worst massage I have "ever" had. And I have been getting massages regularly for years. I still gave him the appropriate tip for the service because it's the right thing to do (for receiving a service). But not b​ecause I felt that he deserved it. The owner needs to train their employees and make them perform a massage on them as part of that training. read more
