Upon entering we were told that they changed owners, so they'd no longer be accepting groupons, but that we could call and get a refund. So, naturally, we were like... okay, bye. They stopped us and were like "OK, jk- we will take it but you need to pay tip in cash." Since we drove all the way there, we said okay.. and were led to a curtained off room with two tables & two candles. Your clothes go on the floor. You are instructed to keep your underwear on. Throughout the massage the woman just kept talking to us about the Groupon & how next time we come she'd honor the deal without purchasing it. She was very rough, which was okay sometimes, but we were both made to feel very uncomfortable by the whole situation. I wouldn't go back at all, but again, if you're looking for a cheap couple activity or rub down.. I guess this is a good option.

She then stood there arguing loudly with the massage therapist for several minutes while I was lying there, exposed and waiting, which was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. The massage was stopped, and both women then came in to tell me that despite confirming my one-hour appointment, they now wanted to cut it down to 30 minutes because they were "too busy." It is completely unacceptable to overbook clients and then try to change the service after the appointment has already started and the customer is literally in the middle of being treated. When I decided to leave rather than accept that level of disorganization, they laughed as if wasting someone's time and creating such an uncomfortable situation was funny. The entire experience was chaotic, disrespectful, and shockingly unprofessional. I only went because I had a gift certificate, and the experience was so bad that I sold it for half its value because I have no intention of ever returning. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
