After coming my first time, I bought a student package that was very reasonably priced $75 for 3 times. Afterwards, I got the regular customer package with 10 times for a higher cost. The facial was also tailored to my skin condition which was the acne one with micro current and a cooling mask. In addition, they have a bunch of add-on treatments for an additional price. My favorite is definitely the micro dermabrasion which feels like all the dirty stuff on my face is sucked away. It used to be $20 when I first came and now it is $25. I've tried the oxygen treatment before but did not like it because I have anxiety and difficulty breathing. The place is kept very clean and I feel very safe with the double doors since the inside one is locked and you have to get buzzed in. They also have a big and clean restroom. The only downside for me is the distance since it is a bit out of the way from my house. I usually have to take two buses to get here and they're located right on the Q58 line! As for the facial, it is kind of a short duration which is good if you're in a rush and you want to know exactly how long it will be - 1 hour 30 min! Included is a nice face and upper shoulder/back massage and eyebrow cleaning. The actual whitehead/blackhead extraction is kept short and sweet although each one is quite painful with the tool. My favorite parts are the micro dermabrasion, micro current, and the cooling mask in the end! They use a new filter for each client for the micro dermabrasion and you can see all the dead skin that gets sucked away. The micro current is a light electrical therapy that's supposed to close the pores and stimulate collagen production and a cooling gel is applied along with it. The cooling mask is a perfect way to end the facial while you get to nap for about 15 minutes. It's been a minute since I came back since I've been away for school and I'm glad I did sooner than later because they will be terminating all package deals by October 15, 2025!

Veryyy unprofessional & tacky to say the least. The massage room is furnished by the local dollar tree with poor lighting and massage beds with old sheets and blankets on it. My massage wasn't great and the guy made me feel beyond uncomfortable. Upon walking out from the massage the guy says to me, "don't forget to take care of me and tip!" Ummm excuse me?? Then the receptionist 1 minute later asks me, "did you take care of your therapist?" I said, "take care of him as in ..?" She goes, "tip them" so I said, "no not yet my boyfriend went to get his wallet from the car". Then she proceeds to hand me 2 tip envelopes and asks me if I want to hear about their specials while I wait. NO THANKS! I actually forgot to mention they have signs plastered in every single room and empty wall space all over that hole in a wall "spa" that reads : ALL SERVICES ARE NON TAXABLE. FOR ALL ONE HOUR SERVICES THE SUGGESTED GRATUITY IS $20.00 PER THERAPIST. Soooo tacky, tasteless & classless. I wouldn't even come back here if they paid me!!

Body and Face Care Spa had the best reviews, so I drove by to check it out. I found parking right outside, which felt like a sign that I needed to turn my whole day around. I paid the meter, walked in, and was greeted by a warm, friendly woman. I told her I wanted a body scrub and massage, and we decided on the 1-hour service. Once we got into the room, she handed me a towel, told me to get comfortable, and stepped out. When she came back, she put my hair up, and honestly... HEAVEN began. Within ten minutes, I already knew I wanted to extend it to 90 minutes (body scrub and massage $130 without tip) and I did! The massage was truly one of the best I've ever had (and I get massages often). She was incredibly kind, respectful, and attentive, constantly checking that I was warm and comfortable. The only part that didn't meet my expectations was the body scrub. It was my first time getting one, and I thought it would be a table shower experience. Instead, they use exfoliating mitts on the massage table and warm towels to clean you off. I also got a bit cold during that portion, so I'd probably skip the scrub next time- I must add that my skin is super soft so I'm still giving 5 stars for overall experience. But the massage alone was worth every penny. My body hasn't felt this good in a long time. I will definitely be returning -- and I'll be booking with Sophia again. She was absolutely wonderful. Tip her well ! She deserves it

Yes they do 2 facials at a time but they only move back and forth while you steam or while you lay with your finishing mask. They don't stop working on you to work on someone else. I don't mind this since it's probably how they keep their prices down. The prices are extremely reasonable for the amount of time, product and work they do. I walked out glowing and their is nothing better for staying young than keeping your face clean. I would highly recommend this place and Ramona. I'll be back next month.

They…read moreadvertise that the facials are an hour and a half long but they don't mention that it's that long because they do two clients at the same time. While one person is getting something down, the other person waits then vise versa. This is how they schedule them (t's NOT because an employee didn't show up or they tried to fit another person in). A couple came in after us and they were also told that they perform facials 2 at a time. Both beds are right next to each other in what can only be described as a wide hallway (people have to walk through to get to the back). She started on me first before my nephew arrived and was brought in for his treatment. While I was getting extractions, he waited under the vapor (for longer than anyone should). While he was getting extractions, I was left waiting with a mask on. My nephew is a teenager with hormonal acne so I knew I was going to have to wait a long time before she would finish with me. After about 15-20 minutes, I used the excuse that I needed to use the bathroom to get up. While in the bathroom I noticed that the band she used to pull my hair back was stained. I can't confirm what the stains were but I have an idea of what it could be. I would have never seen it if it weren't for the fact that I got up to use the bathroom. When I returned, I watched her do extractions on my nephew for a few minutes. She used a tool I didn't recognize (it looked like a razor with a point at the end). Never once did she ask him if he was okay or he needed a break or anything at all. After waiting another 10-15 minutes, I finally told her I had to leave and she put my nephew under the vapor again while she took off the mask and finished my facial. My nephew was there for a total of TWO AND A HALF HOURS. Again, it's one thing if the 1.5-2.5 hours were all focused on you, but it's not. Half the time you're waiting for your turn. There were other things I had issues with but I think this is enough for one review.
