She has so much knowledge and strength, which is my preference. She started so soft but she read my physical responses and targeted the areas that my body was telling her i needed. I gave her a start point and she went from there. She even did advanced moves that a were very well appreciated. So i think Amy is freaking great. They have anniversary deals but really, tip your practitioner.... Feed them so we can return to them. Cooperate with the business. I am pretty athletic with some alignment and muscles knot issues. I literally feel like a new person after an hour here. Try once and let her do her thing.

I dropped in on a Tuesday morning and was greeted by two staff members. I had learned about Zoe from the reviews and I had asked for her BUT I WAS TOLD THAT SHE WOULD NOT BE IN FOR THE DAY. But I could try the other girl, she is good. The staff could barely understand my other questions and they phoned Zoe through FaceTime and I was able to communicate with her. Through Zoe, I agreed to pay for the 3 Red Light Therapy 20 minute sessions and a 1HR massage. I asked Zoe if it was OK to try the Red Light Sauna that day and if I like the sauna, can I use all 3 sessions for Sauna instead of the RL Table. Zoe confirmed that I could indeed choose either services no problem. Also, Zoe recommended the massage first and then the sauna. And so it went, the massage was good, and the sauna was not. After 12 minutes, the temperature would not rise above 93F. It was warmer in the massage room! I had to step out and find the therapist in front, to ask if the temp could be raised. TO MY SURPRISE, I FOUND ZOE STANDING THERE (CONFUSING?). She explained that the sauna temperature could not be raised above 93F. And so I asked if I could switch to the Red Light Table instead. She assured me that it was fine. And so I ended my session with 20 mins RL Therapy and upon leaving, I paid for my services ( including the next 2 RL therapy sessions). Zoe took my info and marked a ledger as proof of payment and services rendered. I returned 5 days later and was greeted by a lady (not in uniform). I explained that I was there for round 2ND RL Therapy, that I had purchased the 3 package deal with Zoe a few days before. Her response was perplexed not seeming to understand and so she phoned Zoe. She passed the cellphone to me and I spoke with Zoe. Zoe indeed recognized me and explained to the lady in Chinese language that I was good to go for round 2. She hung up. To my surprise, the lady still seemed apprehensive, confused? She asked me 'no massage!?' Of which I responded 'NO massage!' She muttered something in her language in annoyance, and signaled for me to come to the RL table room. She turned the machine on and timer before I could undress, and luckily, I noticed the display because she programmed it for 15 mins (not 20 mins) and she dimmed the red lighting to make it less effective. I explained to her several times that I had paid for 20 mins and asked if she can increase the brightness of the lighting. She begrudgingly did so and she left the room. I undressed and went in the table. I was so annoyed that I couldn't hardly relax and enjoy my experience. Finally, for my 3rd and final session (1 week later). I called on a Tuesday morning and I asked if Zoe would be in that day. I figured I would get a 1HR massage with her and my final RL therapy. I was told by a sweet sounding voice (which sounded a lot like Zoe) that she was indeed working that day, and I was asked what time I would be coming. I informed her that I could be there in a couple of hours of which she responded that it was fine. And so I arrived there in the early afternoon from Brooklyn, and I walked in to BS Spa to be greeted by the same lady (not in uniform) from my 2nd RLT session fiasco. I announced that I had called earlier for a massage session with Zoe and was I told to come by, that she was working that day. Also, that I would like to have the 3rd RLT session of which I had paid in advance. She informed me that Zoe was not in that day (WTF?) and I could try other girl. I explained that I would just do the RL Therapy final session and be done with. This time, her response was delayed (she kept fidgeting with her phone) and told me to sit and wait of few minutes. Then she disappeared into one of the rooms. I waited.....and waited.... some more and there was no sign of the lady. Eventually, the other therapist appeared who had finished with a customer. I waited for her to finalize transactions with the customer and as she was making her way back to one of the rooms, I had to remind her that I was waiting and how long will the wait be for me to get RL Therapy. She then attended to me, she showed me to the RL Table room. She seemed to not understand how to operate the machine and she Face Timed (MIA) Zoe. Zoe instructed her but I noticed she had prompted the screen on the machine for 15 mins with dim lighting. After much hoopla and back and forth calls with Zoe instructing her, she managed to get it right somewhat (I noticed the lights weren't as bright as my 1st session) and I went in the table. When I was done, I walked out and made my peace with BS Spa.

I had Tina and my husband had Zoe - they were both professional and extraction and décolletage massage was nice. They didn't push us to upgrade the service and my husband and I were so comfortable that we both fell asleep and snored. She hit all the correct pressure points and removed all knots. I have a desk job and I run. The pressure was definitely higher on the oil massage but I've had worse and it felt amazing! She focused on my shoulders and lower back both of which I needed the massage for. I didn't even need to tell her, her experience spotted my problem points. I was able to relax although it was very lightly painful. It wasn't like some of the rough massages I've had in the past. I didn't leave the place in pain but left feeling so relaxed. I go every month for a massage and this was literally the best massage of my life. The only caveat is that I wish she had focused on my legs a bit more. The place is very clean, it has rooms, they play light music but you can hear if someone is talking next door. The people are friendly as well! They were actually pretty good other than the fact that they did whatever they wanted to do during the 30 minute body and a 30 minute foot messages the end of the experience is what got me. Not only on arrival that I have to pay extra for both me and my girlfriend to have hot stones during our massage, $10 each by the way, they also claim that tip should be no lower than $15. They have a sign that says that and they don't allow people to leave unless you pay higher than $15 in tip for each masseuse. I attempted to pay my masseuse a five dollar tip which realistically I wasn't gonna do anyways but you know out of respect. I'm like I'm gonna give five dollars and he seemed disgusted by my five and refused it. I was utterly appalled and extremely aggravated so I just pulled out a 20 broken down in half and left with a attitude. They give you a robe to change into to keep your top dry and cover you in warm blankets. They untangle your hair and give you a dry scalp massage. Then they start wetting your hair with a circular shower head which was very cool. They wash your hair several times and give a scalp massage. They also give a neck massage and shoulder massage. All the products they use smell extremely good and felt great in my hair. At the end of the massage, they dry your hair and leave it somewhat. It would be very cool if they offered a salon service where you could pay an extra fee for them to style your hair so you could leave with very clean hair and styled. I would have also liked if the scalp massage was a little more rough, it was softer than I liked. I would probably try another location for a scalp massage to compare the experiences.

Our experience- was able to book 2 days ahead of time for an 11am appt; they texted morning of to confirm; check in w Groupon; guided to your room; remove anything on your face/top half (jewelry, glasses, bra); shoes off; put on a half gown; lie down and close your eyes and hope for the best. Since there's no communication throughout the process (we literally exchanged no words aside from the initial, strip instructions); this is all assumptions/spotty memory on my end: Dry head massage, shampoo, soaped up head massage, conditioner, vertebrae/shoulder massage (was really really good) but it's odd because you're all soaped up and I can't tell if it's conditioner they're rubbing your back lol. Regardless, my tech was an angel unknotting my shoulder. Fancy water show is just that - there's no magic from the crown of water you see everyone advertising. Followed by arm/hand massage, rinse, par-hair dry, some final product in your hair, sit up, final pat down/back shoulder massage voila, 1 hour. We tipped our techs 15 each in cash because they were with us the entire time and fully engaged. I'd say we enjoyed ourselves- just wish we knew what exactly the treatment entailed.
