You feel like very calm environment as you step in. Easy booking and friendly greetings. Tip: make sure you let them know what is your target area that needs to focus. And mindful of the time that you check in and they are done in one hour of your booking service Con's: the masseuse mostly doing a lot of pressure point for 20 minutes. Unnecessary. She needs to focus more of the deep tissue massage.. Hand on - even with essential oil there wasn't enough massage add onto to my session. Then I think she use most of her forearm to do the massage instead of her hand. I get a lot of rolling. Listen - i've been to a lot of massages and this is an easier way to do a quick massage. It's not fair to our customer who paid for it. At the end of my massage, still my neck and shoulder wasn't resolved tight and pain . Walk out with headache. so next time I will let them know where to focus on upper body . I hear that she's so tired during my session she yawning a lot on my back, lol At the end, I still walk out tipping her $25 from the original price for one hour massage listened I'm not cheap but adjusts feel like I did not get what I came for..

I found a great Groupon for a Couples Deluxe Body Massage with Hot Stone and Essential Oil…read moreTreatment for 60 minutes at JR Spa. My hubby and I couldn't be happier with our experience here. A coworker actually put me onto this spot when I was looking for a Valentine's gift that both my hubby and I could enjoy together. Once she mentioned JR Spa, I immediately checked Groupon and found a very reasonable discount for a couples massage. What's even better is that you're able to purchase the Groupon multiple times, which is a huge plus. We've been here a few times now, and every visit has been incredibly relaxing and much needed. From the moment you arrive, the staff is incredibly sweet and welcoming. They offer slippers to change into, which instantly helps you unwind, and then escort you to the massage room. The massage begins with the masseuse gently warming your body using a long towel, followed by soothing hot oil and perfectly heated stones that melt away all the tension. The couples setup is also really nice, the rooms are divided by a curtain, but the staff opens it so you can fully share the relaxing experience together. After the massage is over you're offered herbal tea or cold refreshing water. Each visit leaves us feeling refreshed and relaxed, and we're always looking forward to coming back. JR Spa has definitely become our go-to spot for couples massages and special occasions.

She has so much knowledge and strength, which is my preference. She started so soft but she read my physical responses and targeted the areas that my body was telling her i needed. They have anniversary deals but really, tip your practitioner.... Feed them so we can return to them. Cooperate with the business. I am pretty athletic with some alignment and muscles knot issues. This spa was a complete disaster. I purchased a 60-minute body scrub with bodywork through Groupon,…read moreand it was a total waste of time and money. They performed the scrub on a regular massage table and tried to remove it with nothing but a warm towel ‍. That is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism. Body scrubs with bodywork require proper rinsing with water or a shower--period. I was not given disposable panties and had to keep my own on, which were left full of scrub. I walked out still covered in gritty residue, even inside my belly button. Unhygienic and careless. To make things worse, I was pressured to leave a $20 tip at the front desk. I refused and still ended up leaving $10, despite the awful service. Hands down, the worst body scrub I've ever had. I will never return.
