However, the experience was completely ruined at the very end. When we were about to leave, we realized there were no hair dryers at all -- not even one. Yes, you read that right: a spa with NO hair dryers. I asked the three ladies at the front desk if there were any hair dryers available, and they told me, "We don't have any. Customers steal them." I was shocked. That is not the customer's responsibility -- it's the spa's responsibility to manage and replace basic amenities. A hair dryer is a basic service at any spa, especially in winter, when it's cold outside and people cannot walk out with wet hair. When we went to check out, a male and a female staff member were at the counter.
