Place looked good, busy evening when I came in. I was assigned to Masseuse Joan and she is very unprofessional. Said I was too fat and needed to go workout. It happened in the first few minutes of the massage, I wanted to dress and walk out but I was too sore and tired. I straight up told her you don't know my story, don't judge me. I struggle with weight yes I'm one of those, but as of this encounter, I've lost almost 60 pounds from when I started my weight loss journey. Who the hell are you to say something like that?! But anyway her massage was decent, but too strong for my liking but the stuff she said made it a not so relaxing experience. $40 per hour for body work and I understand people work hard so I still gave her a $30 tip. read more

Didn't have a great experience here, my masseur was very disruptive and kept answering his phone during the massage which rang at least 5-10x, the space was small even the masseur was complaining to me and had to move the massage table back and forth to get to the other side. It was a noisy space and they didn't do good job isolating noises from the rooms so it was not a relaxing experience. They also forgot some parts of the treatment for my partner and it felt rushed. Good Fast Service. Deep and Through massage. Went with my Girlfriend and got the couple room. A little cramped but we managed to squeeze in just fine. You can not beat it for the price you pay and seems to be the only place on the same block that offers full bodywork. We did not make an appointment but we're able to be squeezed in in under 30m. We did not see customers get forced to pay a "minimum tip" like some reviews stated. Had sent my fiancé for a birthday massage today and she said it was alright nothing crazy but that they wouldn't let her leave if she didn't give a $20 tip.. look how bad the tipping culture has gotten! I had a horrible experience. Do not come here !! My partner and I schedule an appointment for 8pm. We got there 7:50pm. They were looking at us like we are crazy. I did call and make the appointment. One of the ladies directed us to the room. We got undressed and laid down. They started massaging us and it felt like they were throwing rocks on us. Very aggressive,painful, my body hurt, my eyes were turning red. I wasn't happy with the service. Once we finish I tipped them $22 she said $20 each person. I didn't have any more cash for my partner. I ask if they have Zelle, which they did. Lady shouted I want cash now. First of all don't yell at a customer like that, they even had a guy by the door to make sure we don't leave without tipping. We were harass, massage was 0/10. I will definitely request a refund. My wife got a Groupon couple massage for this place. Massage was ok. Upon leaving, we were going to tip each massage person $10.00 each but they demanded $20.00 tip each!! Are you kidding me?? I wish i lived closer!. It was a return visit after many months of self isolation. Everyone had masks on and kept their distance. The rooms  looked and smelled super clean. I had originally gone here since a good friend suggested I try this new Spa .  I honestly never thought men got facials and felt a little awkward going, but once I got there I was welcomed and felt very comfortable in this beautiful professional spa.  It was a great experience. Ruby cleaned my face with all kinds of lotions, creams , masks and steam machines for over an hour.  I felt like I had a new face when I left.  Next time I think I will try their massage services.   Very much recommend !
