When my daughter picked her phone up, she noticed the quality of the screen was very poor. The front facing camera was visually grainy which affected FaceTime, videos, and camera quality. My daughter ended up going back to have it looked at and Raj and Adeel let her know that it was her screen protector. They removed the screen protector which doesn't make sense at all, but my daughter left thinking that everything was resolved. Wrong, the quality of the front camera was still an issue with no change or improvement. She also purchased the screen protector from the store and never received a refund. She came back a third time and they ended up replacing the screen. Usually, second time's the charm right? Not this time. The quality was exactly the same. My daughter tried messaging through Yelp to find a resolution, but her messages were completely ignored. I'm disappointed in the customer service this store provided although having a good rating. My daughter had to find a more reliable and dependable store to have her screen replaced. So far, it's as new as the day we bought it. Not to mention that the new store we went to was very friendly, fast, and provided a warranty. Having to pay for another store's failure is unpleasant.

I brought my phone in for a simple screen repair, and this guy kept my phone the entire day without even fixing it. When I asked for my phone back, he actually refused to give it back to me. Daniel and Miguel both jumped in to help me determine my course of action to troubleshoot my issue. They showed me how to use the $700 meter I bought for the task and even gave me batteries so they could demonstrate it to me. Not only that, but after discussing my issue they recommended replacing and gave me a female Keystone connector and showed me how to install it. I decided to purchase a punch down tool from them for about $23. I was blown away when moon when just as I was leaving Miguel ran out and gave me a 3 ft test cable for use in testing the Keystone connector I would replace. In an age of mediocre to pour customer service, Daniel and Miguel's were phenomenal. They even encouraged me to call them if I had problems and asked me to follow up with them on my project!
