My sister and I are senior citizens caring for a disabled man, and because we do laundry all day, every day, getting a replacement washer was an absolute emergency. We called Center and they helped us find a front-loading machine that perfectly meets our needs. From the initial call to the delivery, the experience was seamless. The delivery team was professional, efficient, and even cleaned up the area before they left. Thank you so much, Center Appliance, for taking such good care of us. Pete our Salesman knew exactly what we needed, and the delivery team Cameron and Kevin. So polite and patient with us. I would define thIs as "WHITE GLOVE SERVICES .

On 10/20/22 we returned home after being gone for several days to find our freezer out and every spoiled. Went to this store and spoke to Manager, explained our issues and of course there was great frustration in my voice but no yelling, no cursing just upset with a horrible product. I asked if we could get a replacement refrigerator, "No, we're a small business we could never accommodate that request." Then asked if they would pay to replace all the product I lost in the freezer. "No, we don't do that." Not one word of concern for what just happened, not one word of sympathy, not one suggestion on how we could remedy our issue. He said he'd give us a service number to call but "you have to be nice to them when you call." What, are you kidding me? Have you not heard a word I've said? As we were leaving, he said to my husband as I'm standing nearby, "tell you wife I hope she has a better day." We intentionally, purchased in Tracy as I firmly believe in keeping our money with our merchants but never again and certainly not with this merchant. Horrible customer service and dripping with misogyny.

I felt comfortable doing business with them without speaking on the phone. The owner actually delivered the tables and chairs so it was great to meet him in person! The prices are affordable. They delivered on-time and was flexible with the payment plans since I didn't have cash available upon delivery. The only reason why I knocked down 1 star is that they have a policy that you cannot use your SUV to pick-up tables. Tables must be picked up by a pick-up truck. This was a bit inconvenient for us since we don't have a pick-up so we opted for the delivery fee instead. What I love about Bar Company is their flexibilty for weekend rentals. They deliver on Friday and pick up on Monday! I called another rental place which rents their equipments per 24hours...even on a weekend! This was sooo inconvenient because you normally set up on Friday for a Saturday party. Bar Company's weekend rental policy s the way to go. Don't shop elsewhere. Trust this company and they'll take good care of you. HIGHLY recommended!

My wife spent Thursday going to the usual places, Home Depot and Lowe's, prices were fairly high for basic models. I had her check some local appliance places as I try to keep our money local with local small businesses. She happened across House Depot and went to look around. Aaron greeted her and showed her what they had. Now House Depot sells new units that may have some blemishes or were denied delivery for one reason or the other. House Depot is then able to sell these new with warranty units at deep discounts. We were interested in two units, but I wanted to see them in person. I was able to get to their place of business about 15 minutes before they closed and looked at both. Aaron was gracious and stayed after closing to answer all of our questions and worked a cash deal on one of the units. We set up delivery for the next day. The unit was delivered and set up the next day as promised. Since this is a new unit there were a couple of questions I had that were not answered with the owners manual. Aaron called me back within a few minutes of leaving a message and answered my questions that also alleviated a concern I had. Aaron was so great to work with, the entire experience was top notch. If we need any new appliances, we WILL be going back to House Depot, the products, delivery, pricing and treatment just can't be beat. Also our money is staying in town with a small local business. My wife and I are extremely happy customers.

We brought our truck, picked out what we wanted, they helped load it up, and my husband installed them that evening. Win! They do offer delivery and install, through a third party they work with. It was fairly reasonable but we didn't want to wait. Also, you can bring your old appliances back and drop them off. They will recycle them for you. Subtracting one star because the sales person was bad talking the brands they don't carry. With a passion. At the end of the day, even if the brands suck, I'm not a fan of talking negative against the competition. "I don't reccomend it." Or "We don't carry XYZ because we only carry products we can stand behind" would be sufficient.
