So went into the store and couldn't order because can only order through one person. Finally was able to order over the phone. They got the wrong date and tried to deliver 2/3 weeks early... then when delivered on the right date two trays of glasses were wrong so they had to bring me the correct one. The guy who brought them was amazing and super sweet. Now it's Monday I called to find out when I needed to have the place open for them to picks up they said 9:30/10 ots 10:20 I call and they are still there to the point they guy on the phone asked if that's were they were going first. Their excuse the driver was late. Okay welll call your customers and let them know I could of gotten coffee or something. Honestly other then the older man the customer service SUCKS. Won't be rent from here again. Update. Now even though they know I have somewhere to be they are gonna fold everything instead of taking it back and doing it there. Come on now guys? If I can give this place a 0 star I would. Girl on the phone a fill on a balloon would be 1.57 or 5.75. Depending on what type of balloon you have. I bring in a so called "xl balloon" and was charged 12.50 fuxking highway robbery. I miss going to safeway wheres its fucking FREE to fill up a damn balloon. Go to WINCO. Very low quality rental items. But I take most issue with being quoted one price when placing a reservation and being given a higher price at pickup, the day before my event when it's too late to make other arrangements. I brought the discrepancy up at the time of pickup but no one seemed to care, and I was told to pay the higher price. One item was a 100 balloon tank quoted at $75, at pickup we received a 50 balloon tank and told to pay $100. The woman available at pickup was also fairly rude when receiving items and also when calling in to confirm information. I went with Party Warehouse to support a long standing Tracy business but I will never bring my business here again. Buyer beware read more

I always feel like I am bothering the person at the counter when I go there to pick up the expensive rentals my wife picked out,.. So yeah, you go there to shell out tons of $$ and they act put out. Also... Closed Sundays!!!! WTF?!? You rent something on Saturday wanting to return on Sunday because you have to work on Monday, but wait,.. now you need to leave work early so you can get home, pack the stuff up and get it to them by 5:00pm when they close, VERY FRUSTRATING. UPDATE: After speaking with Mark, who I believe is the owner, regarding the chairs I rented, I am updating my review. Mark apologized for the condition of the chairs and offered a full refund. He said the chairs should have been cleaned prior to going out. I will consider renting here again. Original Post: Rented 55 white chairs thinking they would look nice for a bridal shower. Chairs smelled like really bad body odor. Most chairs were dirty and/or had rust on the metal frames. We washed all chairs and sprayed with Febreze (which really didn't help). Arrived Monday morning at 9am to return chairs and nobody at business, even though they open at 9am. Employee with keys didn't arrive until 9:15am. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend renting anything from this place. read more

They're super friendly and friendly when placing an order. We've gone through them twice for our kids baby shower and chair rentals for the holidays. They always have what we need and are very reasonably priced. I like the show room as I can see what's available and choose colors for linens. They make pick up and drop off easy as they offer both, however were usually able to pick up. It's super convenient being able to pick up on Friday and drop off mo day morning. read more

Disappointedddddd. Where do I start? One of the three delivery guys was confused and every questioned I asked he said, "I don't know." So I asked the older gentlemen, he appeared annoyed and I was his first drop off location. I was so disappointed. When I went the day prior the set up appointment to pay I was told that they would be setting up the tables, chairs and umbrellas for me. When they showed up that wasn't the case. The older gentlemen said, "we don't set up today." I can't believe this place is still in business. Save your business elsewhere people. I can't believe I paid $30 a table with umbrella with a grand total of $400.19 for the items mentioned. The tables gave us splinters when we set it up. The cheap plywood tables are falling apart. The umbrellas are suppose to be white but are a dirty vinyl color. I didn't have this envisioned for a party. The items they rent are so disgusting. I regret renting the items from this so called rental establishment. They should be ashamed. That's a reflection of their store. What a shame! I'll include photos because like I said save your money and or take your business elsewhere. The chairs are stained and scratched. If you're having a special event hence the renting of these items you expect nothing but the best. This place should be embarrassed. I'll add photos of the chairs as well. read more

Was a little apprehensive making a call here to order my tables and chairs, as I see that this is the same company as Party Warehouse and Party Rental and they had some pretty negative reviews. So far, the person on the line was very polite, professional, and friendly. Prices were good. I am able to pick up the items a couple of days in advance and drop off a couple of days after, which I like. Crossing my fingers that the rest of the experience is just as good. read more

i love this rental place, they always have what i need when i need it and i can afford them and that is a plus

First impression was nice selection of stuff. Owner was a decent guy. He answered all my questions and even had some information on prices that didn't reflect on the price sheet. One of the workers there seemed a bit off. I asked him multiple questions and he just stared at me with a blank look. Nevertheless, my wife and I went down there the next day to rent some DJ equipment and the transaction went fairly smooth. My wife's impression of all the 20 year olds working there were, "they are all high!" LOL! They basically have all kinds of things to rent for every occasion with fairly decent prices. Now the quality of their equipment could be questionable. The blank stare guy was an ok guy the next day I returned everything. I guess he was sobered up. But yes if you rent equipment on a saturday, they are not open on sunday to return the stuff so you have to do it on monday before 5 pm. In my case it wasn't a bad thing. I just had some more time to play around with the disco lights. read more

Called on several occasions prior to our event to get information about renting some chairs. Always received excellent customer service by phone and had a great experience arriving to p/up the hold. I was told the total in advance and it was correct. I left a CC #, and drove back to load them up. You load yourself, which I understand. Everything was simple and the customer service was excellent, so was the price! I would highly recommend this place for all your party planning needs. Looks like they have a LOT of stuff, so if you're looking for anything for a party (that you don't want to shell out lots of money for to buy), I'd call them and ask. Will return chairs after the weekend, but I'd definitely do business with Party Warehouse Rentals again! I have used Cathy Ann's for years for many events some as small as 30 people and as large as 120. They allowed us to pick up a day early as it fit in our schedule better and also have the ability to pick up what was rented with their own truck. They have a great selection of items that will suit almost any type of event. They has always gone out of their way to accomodate me! I would highly recommend them! read more
