I heard about Happily Ever Laughter through a moms group on Facebook. I was looking for a face painter for one of the busiest Saturdays of the year and was thrilled when the company had an opening. We decided on face painting, a glitter bar and time for entertainment. Gale was our assigned fairy; she reached out a few days before our event. The morning of, we found out very last minute that we had to change our venue due to rain and Gale was flexible and was right on pace - after a quick text to her, she showed up as the new location on time. She arrived in a very festive Encanto/Mirabel outfit; our location change ended up being to our home and garage. Gale led an entertaining puppet show (several other parents thought for a short while that her rabbit puppet was a real animal) - kids and parents enjoyed it! The kids loved her artistry with her glittery tattoos on their face and hands. Her balloon animals were also a huge hit. It was fantastic to have 1 person with so many great skills to keep kids happy. As my husband and I were running the party, we loved the fact that we were able to keep ~25 2 to 5 year olds entertained for the 3 hour party (2 hours during which Gale was there). It was the best decision to have hired her. Booking with the company was also very easy and organized; I highly recommend it and would do it again. Thanks Gale for making our kid's birthday special and fun, and to the team at Happily Ever Laughter for being so organized and thoughtful. Worth it!! read more

I found Happily Ever After through a local Mom group and I couldn't be happier. Questions and original inquiry went so smoothly. Bob was my coordinator and he helped me plan out details for a deluxe package and face painting add on. Made great recommendations and explained all the details. Prices were straight forward, no hidden costs or back and forth. Miss Renee was our magical host, she called to coordinate and I loved she was a local to my town. She was so sweet to the kids and we had a magic show, face painting and balloon lesson. Every kid had a moment with her and everyone, even adults loved the show. Looked amazing and on theme with our Alice in Wonderland theme. No fuss, Miss Renee set up and executed everything without me and handled all the kids with ease. They really loved her. Definitely will be booking again! read more

We booked Happily Ever Laughter for our daughter's birthday, and Renee was absolutely incredible. She arrived dressed as a vibrant, colorful fairy and even brought along a helper, which made a huge difference. While Renee set up the magic show and glitter bar, the second fairy kept the kids happily entertained the entire time. The parents were very impressed by how engaged everyone stayed throughout the party. The magic show was fun and captivating, and the glitter art turned out even more beautiful than I had imagined. Thanks to these wonderful fairies, my daughter had the best birthday and immediately asked if they could come back next year! On top of that, the customer service was excellent--they reached out several times before the event to confirm details and ensure everything went smoothly. read more

Here's the scenarion.... Our daughter's 4th Bday party and plans changed due to rain outside and a cancelled guest entertainer so i had to look for an alternate plan to help entertain the kids. I called a few places and got some replys but Happliy Ever After gave us the better Peace of Mind. From the first callback and easy conversation, it easily felt like this was the choice above all when it vame down to what we were looking for to have a wonderful party for our lil girl. I know what your thinking....entertainment is pricey, all we gotta do is this or that and the kids will be fine. Im the same way but you know what....at 4 yrs old and also inviting not only famiky and friends with kids, you are most likely telling your kids to invite who she wants from her school also and let us be perfectly honest here, you do not want your party to suck for your child nor her guests....life(and throwing parties) is a competition, people! And every competition needs the right players on the team to win. Lol So we decided to ride with HAPPILY EVER LAUGHTER and Ms MARIPOSA came thru, clutch! The initial cost may sound xtra but it IS WORTH it. you work out logistics, they email you info..you decide to go fwd...they send you a contract email and YOU PAY UPFRONT, no wishy washy stuff. Then you get confirm email and contacted by the talent directly...easy peasy! Mariposa came on time, introduced herself, set up her show and went right to work....BOOM! Kept the kids engaged, spoke clear thru her wired mic and speaker, and she even helped with the cake blowing. The kids enjoyed a MAGIC SHOW and FACE PAINTING! Overall.... we were happy and i was impressed with her outcome for the kids. I could have gone with other 'cheaper' ideas but this worked for what we wanted out of our daughters 4th bday party....and its a 1of 1 occassion. Will we do the same next year, IDK but im happy we did it this time read more

We had an absolutely magical time with our fairy friend Birdie. She was so kind and approachable, and her magic show was both enthralling and hilarious for kids of all ages, and adults too. We have never, ever hired a performer before, and we are so glad we did. Also, given the size of the party (bigger than we expected!), our performers help was absolutely vital--it took so much of the pressure off! read more

Artemis from Happily Ever After came, saw, conquered. Without prompting, I saw her holding court with the kids in the center of the playground, giving us additional time to set the party up. Her balloon twisting, magic show, and movement activities were great, keeping the kids with rapt attention. Several parents commented to me afterward on how good she was. Our child had an unforgettable time. Highly recommend Artemis and Happily Ever After for anyone planning a birthday party. read more

Hired an entertainer for our daughter's birthday party and got Artemis. She came dressed as a mermaid and looked spectacular. Happily Ever Laughter sent a performer for us and her name was Birdie. She absolutely made our day special. My daughter was recently into fairy and dragon things, so I requested fairy theme. I communicated via email, they were always kind and so prompt. I chose magic show, balloons twisting, and one more(total 3 options) for the main program and wand craft for finale activity. For last-minute, I added the face-painting(and glittering tatoo) as a greeting activity. Even though I asked so many activities and roles to her during 2 hours and 40 minutes), Birdie led each activities so smoothly. She showed bubble show between the programs, so kids never felt bored and they enjoyed each moments. It was not easy job because 6to7-year-old 14 kids were there and weather was hot(it was outdoor party) I appreciate her great professionalism. My daughter confirmed it was a memorable birthday party. read more

The team at Happily Ever Laughter has perfected the art of kids party entertainment. My daughter and I had interacted with their team of fairies at the Alameda shopping center events where they do face painting and balloon art. When it was time to hire an children's entertainer for her 4th birthday, I thought of them. I appreciated the 2 pre-event planning calls before the party, and I felt they were very organized and professional. Knowing they have a team of back up performers reassured me they wouldn't flake. Shadow came dressed as a rainbow princess to our party. The group of preschoolers were instantly taken with her. The children were completely engaged with her and blown away by her magic and puppet performance. She also led the parachute movement activity along with making balloon art. All the parents commented how the performance was tailored to be very age appropriate. The expressions of pure joy on all the kids' faces during the show and parachute dance was worth every penny. Thank you Shadow! read more

We had Artemis from happily ever after come for our sons fourth birthday party. She had a fun packed 1.5 hour-started with a magic show, dance and bubbles then face painting. The 15-20 kids that were in attendance were glued to her and props to anyone who can keep attention for more than 5 mins with any 4 year old let alone so many! Birdie was fantastic and did a grand job on the magic show, captivating the kids from start to finish but during play time she was temporarily outranked by a gigantic banana slug she was still a good sport about it and continued to play with the kids that were not busy following the slug around until they were exhausted and happy and sugar crashed. Loved every minute Thanks so much! Same time next year? read more

We originally hired a character from another company but unfortunately they had to cancel last minute. I really lucked out finding someone at Happily Ever Laughter who could come to our daughter's birthday party! Dolly was our fairy and she was amazing. She came a little early to set up and introduce herself to the kids. She was very thoughtful about letting my daughter warm up so she would feel more comfortable interacting with Dolly. Dolly was super energetic, engaging, and prepared for the entire event. She started with a 30-minute magic show that kept all of the kids' attention the entire time. Next, she did balloons and ended with glitter tattoos. I would highly recommend the magic show and all of the kids loved the glitter tattoos. The kids were so busy that parents were able to chat and eat lunch without interruption :D read more

I found this company not realizing I had already attended a previous birthday party that used the same place! And that Birthday party was what inspired me to want to search for an entertainer versus renting an indoor jumpy house venue for my daughter's party. From start to finish the process was smooth and efficient. Communication was a breeze as they sent detailed info regarding what to expect and also had a survey where I could leave notes about what my daughter liked. Artemis showed up for my daughter's party and I, along with all kids and adult guests, could not have been more pleased and impressed with how great she was!!! She was super sweet and professional, always checking in to ask I'm for our preference before setting up the face paint station or the magic show. You could tell she was a pro in dealing with young kids because she had special ways to get them to listen or settle them down when things got rowdy. I really appreciated how gentle and kind she was with all guests. She even stayed a little longer to help some kids blow another animal balloon because theirs had popped already. What a sweetheart!!! Several of the Moms asked for her name specifically because I think they'll want to request her specifically Thank you Artemis and back office team for making my daughter's 6th Birthday so fun and memorable!!! read more

We had Gale as a "rainbow princess" for my daughter's 7th birthday party this weekend. It was a great experience. She did a terrific job engaging all the children with balloons, face painting, and a magic show looking for a little gift for the birthday girl. Lots of screaming and laughter! We had about 14 kids. Most were first graders with a few younger siblings mixed in. Gale did a great job of managing the chaos! She went with the flow when we did a craft and took a break for cake and even when the kids commandeered her play tent for some other game. A few kids didn't want to let her pack up and leave. It was great to have Happily Ever Laughter at our party. read more

We had the absolute pleasure of having Dolly perform at our event, and she was nothing short of amazing! Her magic show was full of fun, surprises, and incredible tricks that had all the kids attention. You could tell she genuinely loves what she does. She also made sure and walked around to make a balloon animal for all the kids. And even a couple more for the kids who accidentally popped them.
