I heard about Happily Ever Laughter through a moms group on Facebook. I was looking for a face painter for one of the busiest Saturdays of the year and was thrilled when the company had an opening. We decided on face painting, a glitter bar and time for entertainment. Gale was our assigned fairy; she reached out a few days before our event. The morning of, we found out very last minute that we had to change our venue due to rain and Gale was flexible and was right on pace - after a quick text to her, she showed up as the new location on time. She arrived in a very festive Encanto/Mirabel outfit; our location change ended up being to our home and garage. Gale led an entertaining puppet show (several other parents thought for a short while that her rabbit puppet was a real animal) - kids and parents enjoyed it! The kids loved her artistry with her glittery tattoos on their face and hands. Her balloon animals were also a huge hit. It was fantastic to have 1 person with so many great skills to keep kids happy. As my husband and I were running the party, we loved the fact that we were able to keep ~25 2 to 5 year olds entertained for the 3 hour party (2 hours during which Gale was there). It was the best decision to have hired her. Booking with the company was also very easy and organized; I highly recommend it and would do it again. Then you get confirm email and contacted by the talent directly...easy peasy! Mariposa came on time, introduced herself, set up her show and went right to work....BOOM! Kept the kids engaged, spoke clear thru her wired mic and speaker, and she even helped with the cake blowing. The kids enjoyed a MAGIC SHOW and FACE PAINTING! Overall.... we were happy and i was impressed with her outcome for the kids. Happily Ever Laughter sent a performer for us and her name was Birdie. She absolutely made our day special. My daughter was recently into fairy and dragon things, so I requested fairy theme. I communicated via email, they were always kind and so prompt. I chose magic show, balloons twisting, and one more(total 3 options) for the main program and wand craft for finale activity. For last-minute, I added the face-painting(and glittering tatoo) as a greeting activity. Even though I asked so many activities and roles to her during 2 hours and 40 minutes), Birdie led each activities so smoothly. She came a little early to set up and introduce herself to the kids. She was very thoughtful about letting my daughter warm up so she would feel more comfortable interacting with Dolly. And that Birthday party was what inspired me to want to search for an entertainer versus renting an indoor jumpy house venue for my daughter's party. From start to finish the process was smooth and efficient. Communication was a breeze as they sent detailed info regarding what to expect and also had a survey where I could leave notes about what my daughter liked.
