This review has been long overdue. I want to thank Grace, her husband Gabe, and her team for doing an incredible job for this gender reveal. The main thing that we wanted was the confetti and powder cannons for the big reveal to show the baby's gender. Not only did they perform and have these cannons, they are the ONLY ones in the Bay Area who does them. Communication was smooth and Grace has this positive energy to her, that she is easy to talk to and coordinate with. She found someone who did the desserts and also assisted in finding a photographer who captured the essence of the "golden hour" in his photos so shoutout to @juseppii. I highly recommend throwing a stuffed bear party!! We did for our son's 5th birthday and it was a hit. The kids had an amazing time and loved their new friends. We also included snow cones and the bouncy obstacle course. The snow cones were delicious and easy for all of the kids to eat. I have no doubt that they rest of her services are also 10/10. My kid attended a classmates' birthday party where they got to make stuffed bears and every kid was DELIGHTED by the surprise of getting to select and stuff their own plushies. She provided the animal factory set-up (think mobile build-a-bear) & table decor, cocktail tables & a boho picnic set-up. Every detail was impeccable...the small jewels scattered on the tables, the cookies, the runners- everything was just so extra! Oh & she also provides several additional services for kid's parties- all of which look fantastic. The animal factory set-up is so cute and the stuffies are on par, if not better than what you'd get at the build-a-bear store. We invited them to help us celebrate my little 2-year-old niece's birthday, but I think I ended up getting as much joy out of it as the kids! They bring all the supplies for you and all your guests to make your very own cuddly creatures! Despite their name, you can make so much more than bears; from unicorns to dinosaurs they have it all! I chose a raccoon for myself. They let you choose to put a voicebox in them to make sounds or sing songs, or even put your own personalized message. I opted for a vibrating heart that you can feel beat when you hug him. You can pick the density of fluff to fill them with, making them soft or firm. Then you can choose an outfit for your buddy from their wide-selection of outfits. I was most impressed by the quality of material the outfits were made of! My knight outfit even came with a prop sword and shield! All of their finishing touches (incliuding your own birth certificate for your pal) truly created a wonderful experience! When I heard that they donate to children's hospitals for every animal they make for your party, I was truly glad I decided to participate! In addition to the stuffed animals, they also provide a selection of add-ons that make it so you really only need them as your only vendor for an entire event! We quickly decided on the party option and booked a date. They arrived ON TIME! And set up very quickly! Kids all had turns picking out an animal, a heart, making a wish and stuffing the animal. They all got birth certificates which they could fill out. We also had one guest that was a bit late and they had no issues waiting extra 10 min to accommodate her. I recently hired "stuffed bear party" for my daughters 6th birthday. To talk about the service - two individuals arrived at our home before the actual start time - they had left early to not hit traffic. I appreciate the concern for detail in regards to this as the caterer I ordered was late due to NOT leaving early enough and actually HIT traffic. They were very professional and courteous. The setup took less than 5 minutes and once they had the machine on, it was time to pick the animals. This was a surprise for my daughter and she was absolutely thrilled! She loves stuffed animals and building them (as in at the Build A Bear Store). All of the additional children really had a great time being able to pick out their new friend and their outfit. There was a great selection of animals to choose from and outfits. Everyone was able to find the perfect friend and clothing - great variety! We choose to go with the more expensive party package - the bigger animals and full outfit. Although more expensive, very well worth it. The quality is great as well. When I looked at other options of hiring a magician or princess or other activity, this seemed to be a better choice as the children then get to walk away with something of value from the party. I didn't do party bags either because of this - and we all know the majority of that stuff just gets tossed. The cost, in my opinion, is very competitive with hiring someone else to perform at your party. There was no feeling of being rushed either. All in all I would highly recommend giving them a shot for a birthday party or any other event that involves kids. All of the kids continued to play with their new friends for the rest of the party and several of the kids told me how much fun it was to be able to do something like this.
