My boys had so much fun playing. I also noticed so many other children join in on the fun. The lady running the event was very kind and helpful.

This sand is amazing. The tables kept my 2 year old busy for a while. Lots options for decoration.

There isn't much fun stuff to do in Palo Alto if you're a tiny tot, but this place seemed like it was created for the little ones! Would highly rec if you are in Palo Alto for a day and want to bring your young child somewhere. There are different parts to this - a museum, and also a mini zoo. The museum has all sorts of fun activities, similar to the Bay Area Discovery with building blocks, magnets, trains, cars, tops, etc. The mini zoo is also quite fun with a variety of animals, although not many. The quality of the animals was great, though. They had a feeding hour for the Flamingos when I was there, and although my toddler was not interested, it seemed like the staff stayed for the whole hour, and made sure that anyone who wanted to do it had a chance to do so. Other animals there included a free-roaming peacock! The only draw here is that it's a little small, compared to a real zoo, or a real museum such as the Bay Area Discovery Museum, or the California Academy of Sciences. That being said, the price for this museum was quite reasonable, at $14 per person over 1 year old. Even for the 1.5 hours I was there, I thought it was well worth it! Free parking too. If in the area, I'd definitely stop by again.

Still, we were able to spend a quality couple of hours here and enjoy the time with the kids. A nice little museum with a tree house and some animals that the kids will enjoy. From the moment we arrived, it genuinely felt like everyone on staff was excited to be celebrating our son. That kind of energy doesn't happen by accident--and it's a direct reflection of Genessa, the manager. Her attention to detail, calm leadership, and the way she supports and leads her team is truly impressive. You can feel it in every interaction. The staff was organized, warm, attentive, and so clearly happy to be there. The facility itself is spotless, well-run, and perfect for kids. And can we talk about the food? It's actually good--which is rare for kids' party venues. On top of that, the fact that they allow outside cold platters with no additional charge is an absolute game changer for parents planning a party. Everything felt easy, joyful, and stress-free--which is exactly what you hope for when hosting a child's birthday. We left saying the same thing we did last year: why would we go anywhere else? I sincerely hope my kids never grow out of Safari Run, because we would happily keep hosting parties here for years to come. Huge thank you to Genessa and the entire team for another unforgettable celebration!

We had originally booked a bounce house, but due to rain, we had to cancel at the last minute. Less than 24 hours before the party, I reached out to Bunny Gurus hoping for a miracle -- and that's exactly what we got. They responded immediately, had availability, and were incredibly accommodating despite the short notice. From the very first message, they were kind, knowledgeable, and quick to answer all of my questions, which immediately put me at ease during a very stressful moment. On the day of the party, they arrived early to set up fencing and a canopy on our front lawn. The setup was absolutely beautiful and so well organized. They brought 15 therapeutic bunnies that were unbelievably cute, soft, friendly, and cuddly. They even played calming spa music to create a peaceful, stress-free environment -- such a thoughtful touch! As guests began arriving, they were blown away by the setup. People immediately lined up to go inside and feed and play with the bunnies. For younger children, there was a short waiver for parents to sign to ensure everyone's safety (including the bunnies), which was quick and easy. We had over 50 guests, and nearly everyone had the opportunity to go in, pet, and feed the bunnies. The owners brought plenty of food so all the kids could participate, as well as blankets so the bunnies could be held safely and comfortably. Everything was handled so professionally and with so much care -- both for the animals and for the children. This was hands down the highlight of the party. Planning an event for 50+ guests in the rain -- especially after losing our original entertainment -- had me extremely stressed. But I have to say, sitting in there holding those sweet bunnies genuinely lowered my heart rate and helped me relax and reset. It brought such a calm, joyful energy to the entire event. My two-year-old daughter absolutely loved it -- she could have stayed in there all day! I received countless compliments from guests saying it was one of the most unique and enjoyable party experiences they've ever seen and that they'd love to book Bunny Gurus themselves. They were worth every penny and truly made the party unforgettable. If I could book them for every event, I would! Do not hesitate -- 100% reach out to Bunny Gurus for your next party. You will be so glad you did.

It wasn't crowded at all and perfect to host a party. The food is surprisingly really good. The pizzas are made fresh there and tasted great. Michelle was super accommodating and could tell we didn't necessarily order enough pizza. She was exactly right and was able to get us in a quick order right in time. She was responsive via text message and always very sweet. She never came off frustrated despite my millions of questions. Just a heads up you have to purchase their socks if you plan on going into the play area! Also, the extra playtime if your party goes over is also $50, but honestly, everyone was ready to leave by 12pm because the kids were so tired. So we didn't need to pay to extend. The play area was amazing, and the kids had a blast. I recommend this place for hosting parties!

The indoor play area is usually clean, and there's so much for kids to do from bungee jumping, a rock climbing wall, playground structures, bounce houses, mini golf, ball pits, a mini town, and obstacle courses. My kids absolutely love it here, and even the older ones still have a great time. We also enjoy the cafe being able to grab pizza and drinks makes it easy to spend a few hours without having to leave. We have hosted a birthday party here a few years ago, and it was super smooth. The private rooms you can rent are a nice touch. Overall, it's just a fun, easy place for families. Definitely recommend!
