Had a great time over the weekend hosting my son's 2nd birthday party. He's been obsessed with bunnies so this was the perfect experience! We had a small-ish group of kids ranging from 2 to 5 years old and hosted it at our home. We originally wanted to host it in our yard, but the weather gods decided to send gusty winds and cloudy skies our way that day, so we relocated it inside. Bunny Gurus, Ahmed and Yusuf, were awesome. They were able to set up quickly and let us know the most suitable, stress-free options for the bunnies. The kids had sooo much fun! I will say that there was a bit of mess after the event, so be prepared if you plan to host indoors. The space we had were along some couches and there was still wood chips and bunny poops. BUT honestly, it was totally worth it and nothing a vacuum and mop couldn't pick up. Booking was easy - just submitted an inquiry online to get prices and availability. The bunnies were great - though way bigger than I originally thought they'd be! Very sweet and soft and even though the party was for the kids, I felt calmer and happier to have held the therapy bunnies for a few minutes too! Definitely recommend! read more

I feel like I owe it to other parents to speak up. We hired this company for our kids' birthday party -- a big celebration we planned for a long time. My wife and I did everything we could to make it special. The bunnies were supposed to be the main surprise. My kids love animals. They talked about it every day. We decorated, made a special cake, and invited friends and family. They were counting down the days. And then... the night before the party, they canceled everything. No warning. No care. Just like that. After we paid, planned, and trusted them with our children's joy. Why? Not because of any real emergency. They canceled because we didn't want to advertise their company in our private videos or force every guest to sign paperwork just so our kids could enjoy their party. What kind of children's company puts promotion before people? We spent thousands of dollars and got left with crying kids and embarrassed guests. That morning, I had to watch my children realize the animals they were waiting for weren't coming. I had to look at my daughter in the eyes and explain that grown adults cared more about logos and social media than her birthday. That moment will never leave me. This company doesn't care about kids. They care about control, image, and money. I've worked with many vendors in my life -- construction, real estate, events -- and I've never seen a business act with so little compassion. I had a deeply disappointing experience with Bunny Gurus that I feel compelled to share. We booked them for our children's birthdays because my kids had been dreaming about having bunnies at their party; it was supposed to be a big surprise for them. Initially, the online package was listed starting at $400, which I planned to go with. However, after speaking with the owner's son, I felt pressured to upgrade to a $700 package, as the presence of bunnies was crucial for my kids' celebration. I paid the $400 deposit and signed a basic liability waiver, thinking everything was settled. A week later, I received another email pushing for an upgrade to a $1,200 package, which I refused. Then, I got another email inquiring about my social media presence and my online following. I was confused about the relevance of this information, as I never mentioned it nor asked for any discounts as a blogger. It felt invasive that the company had searched for me online, and I wanted to protect my family's privacy, so I sent them a non-disclosure agreement. They did not respond for several days. At 7:40 PM the night before the event, I received an email stating they had made changes to their waiver, now prohibiting any pictures or videos unless I included their logo prominently in my content. This was shocking, as I had hired a videographer to film a mini vlog about the birthday party, and I was not willing to include their branding in my personal content. Additionally, they stated that every guest would not be allowed to post online without tagging them, and they would require my guests to sign papers on the day of the event regarding this. I felt this was taking advantage of my guests as well. After that, I received an over-an-hour-long phone call from the owner, who mentioned lawyers and high-profile individuals he knew, including Barack Obama. It felt as if he was trying to convince me to promote his business at no cost. I even agreed to mention them in the captions of my videos just to avoid disappointing my kids by canceling the bunnies, but that wasn't enough. He insisted on having their logo featured across all videos, which would make the content look unprofessional and unappealing. Ultimately, they canceled the appearance at 12 AM on the day of the event, knowing we would be unable to find another bunny provider on such short notice. My children were understandably stressed and crying, and the excitement for their birthday was completely ruined, along with the anticipation of the ten other kids who came to the party. I would not recommend Bunny Gurus based on my experience. read more

They hosted an event at my college campus, and one employee was so rude to me. We had food trucks and I was the last order after waiting in line for an hour. He came and cut the line and tried to tell the food trucker worker to give him the last order because he was a vendor. So rude and dismissive towards an 18 year old young, black woman college student. read more

I hired Bunny Gurus for my child's 12th birthday party at home. She has always wanted to have pets, but since I am not willing to entertain that request, I thought having a home rabbit experience would make a nice birthday gift. The booking process was smooth. All of the information is clearly documented and provided over email. The team was prompt to follow up over text and email after the initial inquiry. They came for a two hour window. For our event, we had 15 bunnies in two enclosures set up on the grass in our backyard. We had about 20 kids, so the ratio worked out very well. We sat quietly in the enclosures and slowly the bunnies would come to us to nibble on some snacks and be pet. When they were comfortable, they were hopping around and even jumping over one another. It's clear that the family that runs this business cares a lot about the welfare of their animals. They are also very knowledgeable about rabbits, the different breeds, habits and environment.
