I coordinated the event with Daniel who was communicative and laid out everything in detail. Emily was our artist and she was wonderful! We decided on face painting, a glitter bar and time for entertainment. Gale was our assigned fairy; she reached out a few days before our event. The morning of, we found out very last minute that we had to change our venue due to rain and Gale was flexible and was right on pace - after a quick text to her, she showed up as the new location on time. She arrived in a very festive Encanto/Mirabel outfit; our location change ended up being to our home and garage. Gale led an entertaining puppet show (several other parents thought for a short while that her rabbit puppet was a real animal) - kids and parents enjoyed it! The kids loved her artistry with her glittery tattoos on their face and hands. Her balloon animals were also a huge hit. It was fantastic to have 1 person with so many great skills to keep kids happy. As my husband and I were running the party, we loved the fact that we were able to keep ~25 2 to 5 year olds entertained for the 3 hour party (2 hours during which Gale was there). Unfortunately, what was delivered was a lackluster performance that fell well short of that. Only a few kids showed interest and when kids started losing interest in the bubble activity, the performer made no effort to re-engage them. She stood in one spot the entire time and used barely 20% of the space that Fun Cloud Events themselves had marked out in a photo they sent us prior to the event. For a group that size, we expected a professional entertainer to read the room and adapt. That didn't happen. We'd caution others to ask detailed questions before booking and to clarify exactly what to expect, rather than relying on the promotional video shared during the sales process.
