I went yesterday around 3:00pm to pick these balloons up, I had previously received ballon arrangements such as this one for my birthday from this place and was in need of one so I figured I would go here. These would last up to weeks . I needed them for today and they were all deflated this morning. There's no way this arrangement was 40$. I went back and was told the quality of the helium they had been receiving was bad. There's no reason it should be that expensive then. The only thing they could do for me was put more air in the number 1 ballon. This is unacceptable and disappointing especially trying to support small businesses rather than going to big brand stores like party city. read more

I ordered a dozen balloons and a Mylar one as well. Picked them up late afternoon, wanted to put them in my daughters room for when she woke up in the morning. When I went to put them in her room that night they were all deflated except the Mylar one so I didn't even get to use them. Very disappointed! Due to some unforeseen circumstances I was left scrambling for table and chair rentals for my baby shower. Finding someone I could pick up from on a Saturday turned out to be a bigger challenge than I had originally thought. I turned to Yelp and sent out some quote requests and quickly received a call from Bella's. They were very accommodating and pleasant. I was able to come in Saturday and pick up the amount of tables and chairs that I needed. They helped take everything out to our vehicle, and the owner was very sweet. They have the best prices for rentals and I wish I would have known about them earlier before I purchased my favors. Highly recommend calling or coming into Bella's for your party needs. Update: the weekend of my shower we had a family emergency which led to my husband and I having to deal with that situation the entire Monday following the shower. We called Bella's to let them know we wouldn't be able to return the items until Thursday, when my husband was off. He went in to return and asked if we could pay the rental fee again since we were technically late with the return. She did not allow him to pay anything extra and instead just ask that the next time we need party supplies to stop by. With caring owners and service like that, we won't ever consider anywhere else. read more

The lady Natalie helped me on the phone and was very friendly. I came in the next day to pay a deposit and give them my information. When coming in the place was clean, natalie greeted me and helped me. She was so sweet and friendly. I didnt know that there was a party supply store here in town. I went in this past weekend and i was very impressed. Their store is a good size and has a good party selection and services. I went in for balloons and they had a good selection but i hoped they have more colors to choose from. However, Its just been open about a year they said so im guessing they are still growing. The prices are very good and the service is beyond excellent. They helped me pick out the balloons for my daughters first bday and accommodated my likes. Given it was a very hot day and balloons pop in heat she even threw in a few extra balloons just in case they pop. Because of the excellent friendly service i received i will make it a point to come back and will refer others to check this place out! Staff has always been welcoming and professional, whether you are placing an order in their store or having an order delivered to your home, the staff greets you with a smile and makes sure you are taken care of. They are also extremely accommodating when it comes to drop off and pick up for home deliveries! I recently placed an order of balloons worth 115.00 for my sisters baby shower, I came to pick up and they were not ready, however I waited patiently and didn't worry because of my previous experiences. With my order for the baby shower, I ordered 7 different large gold letters, one was defective and she did not have an extra in that color and letter. I panicked a little inside, because I wanted my event perfect and now it was not.. however, the owner began offering another color, called stores around town trying to find the letter and color I needed. She also offered to drive out to Modesto to party city just to make my order right. I ended up taking the defective one, as it was slightly blown up still and should hold for the duration of the event. I appreciate the time and how they value their customers!
