Searched yelp for a bounce house rental and found TinyTanks Jumpers. They by far had the best reviews out of all the local rental companies in my area. TinyTanks has a website that makes renting super convenient. The website allowed me to see the different bounce houses and available themes. Pricing and availability was also available on the website. I was able to book the bounce house and theme I wanted for a specific date without having to contact anyone. After booking online, I received a text message from Louis confirming he received my booking. Two days before the birthday, Louis texted me again confirming the date, times and price. On the day of the party, Louis called me to confirm he would be on the way shortly. He arrived on time and set everything up. The bounce house looked nice and clean. At the conclusion of the party, Louis arrived on time to break everything down and clean up. My experience was a very positive one. I will say they are not the cheapest prices you will find. So, if you're looking for cheap, you should look elsewhere. However, if you want quality, customer service and promptness, it's worth paying a little more for it. read more

Louis was incredibly friendly, and extremely kind. Our first phone call I was inquiring about the business and if they had what we were looking for, they did and he ended the conversation with "thank you so much! You're awesome!". He made me feel good to do business with him! Which shows he values his interactions with his customers. We rented 2 bounces houses, the Sports Bounce house and a pink castle. They were super clean and they came prepared with their equipment. 2 single slides 15ft water slides, extremely clean! They came with these dials where you could control the water pressure spewing out for each slide without having to walk back and forth to the main water spigot. As well as padding for where the kids would land at the bottom. Extremely punctual! Communicative ! Friendly! Our church plans to make them a faithful provider for our future events! I contacted Louis about a week before my party. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. I ended up canceling because I was hoping the weather would be nice enough to use the pool. A company that is based further away in Stockton offered the same combo slide/jumper for $40 less. I'm no stranger to renting jumpers. I have 4 kids. My reservation information was emailed and a text confirmation came about a week before my event. Set up and break down crew was so quick they finished before I returned with their tip.
