I first called a competing company and was told that it was not possible for me to have a canopy for the weekend I needed one. Then, I found Nick's Canopy. I called and Nick answered the call. He assured me that he would be able to provide a canopy for my event. In all of my communications with Nick, he was professional, helpful, and efficient. He communicated with me about the time the canopy crew would arrive to set up the canopy and the time they would arrive to take down the canopy. Our interactions with the canopy crew were also wonderful. They were on time, professional, and efficient. We were so happy with our canopy for our event and all of our interactions with Nick and his crew. I highly recommend Nick's Canopy Rentals!

I found Tent Solutions here in Yelp and I loved what I saw. They were available on short notice and came to set up the day before the party. I was so impressed with the owner and his attention to detail and the quality and reputation of his company. When they started to set up, he wasn't happy with how the tent looked because it wasn't cleaned properly and showed some dirt marks. I noticed it, but before I even mentioned it, he had left to go pick up what looked like a brand new tent!!!!! It took him a bit longer to go and come back to my house, but he didn't care. That right there is taking pride in your work and the value and high quality you provide to your customers!! I cannot recommend a better company and more businesses should have the ethics, customer-centricity and attention to detail that this man provides for his business.

If I could give 6 stars I would!…read more My organization had an event on a hot day in May on the State Capitol grounds so we needed canopy for more than a hundred people. I was scrambling for an alternative vendor the day leading up to the event after prior vendor quoted me for a much higher price. Don quickly picked up the phone to gather what I needed. Later that day, he gave me a quote that was 65% more affordable than the previous vendor for the same canopy size with service included. On the day of, he and his crew arrived on time. They were well-equipped and the finished canopies looked solid. He could have charged me extra for side panels I initially requested but he assessed that they weren't needed and recommended that I forego them. Overall, this company delivers high quality tents, honesty and reliability.
