Isabellas to the rescue! My son's first birthday party was to include a bounce house water slide for all the kids to use. We had reservations through another company, but they had terrible communication leading up to the event. They were supposed to arrive at 11:30 for our 12:00 party. Well, 12:00 came and went and the company was not responding to calls. At 12:05, I told my wife to call another company as we had ten kids waiting in bathing suits in 107 degree heat. Excellent service! We used them for my daughters birthday party in March. They were very communicative with all the questions I had when I was trying to get a quote and how delivery and pick up worked. They were nice and let us have the bounce house a day before the event. The bounce house was a brand new one so obviously super clean and I was happily surprised it matched the colors for my daughters party. They offered to come the day after the party for pickup. My kids were so sad it was getting taken down and the owner was sweet and offered to let us have it another day if it made my kids happy. We declined since it wasn't our house so we wouldn't get the extra use out of it, but the gesture was nice after he already drove out from Turlock to escalon to do the pickup. The owner was very friendly and so appreciative for our business. I've never used a party rental service before so for a first experience, it couldn't have gone better. These guys were great! I called to make a reservation after a few other companies were all booked up. Their prices were super competitive and had various sizes and themes to choose from. This was helpful for me since my backyard is pretty small. They came earlier than anticipated for drop off which was excellent. The unit was very clean and no tears. We rented a water slide, table and chairs from this company, the products were fine but the delivery time was not. The driver was about an hour late with our order! When we called to find out their whereabouts, they were in Turlock! It was unknown why our delivery was not made first, considering we were closer. Had a double graduation party today. Wanted to have some fun with my grown kids and decided to get a jumper, cotton candy machine, and piñata. Their team showed early but understood the mix up and came back around the time agreed upon, which was still before the start of my party. I got a package deal for my son's 5th birthday in August. We got a waterslide, snow cone machine, tables and chairs. I was very happy with the customer service I received. The guys came and set up the stuff in plenty of time (2 hours early) for my party and picked the stuff up 7 hours later. The kids loved playing on the slide non-stop during the party. ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!! I used Isabella's to cater my post holiday staff party (for 70 people) in my home. I also rented a bounce house, tables and chairs. -Showed up on time and had it all set up in less than 30 minutes -All tables, chairs, bounce house and grill arrived clean and ready to go -TACO MEATS WERE THE BEST I'VE HAD! MY STAFF LOVED IT AND COMMENTED AS WELL! I own a casino rental company and we see a lot of taco vendors at events that we service. I've tried tacos from at least 7 other taco vendors and these were the best by far! Perfectly seasoned and the meats were lean and not fatty. - Plenty of condiments provided and they grilled onions and jalapenos to add to the tacos. Nice touch! Great Salsa!! - Price was amazing for all that they provided. We did not run out of food. They leave anything left over with you including all of the condiments. - Our event ran a bit long and I asked them if they could stay and continue to serve. They immediately agreed without any hassle and a nominal fee for the extra hour. Well worth it. - They arrived promptly to pick everything up at the end of the event and were in and out with any disruption to the guests still remaining. - I will definitely hire them again for my 4th of July Party and will recommend them to my clients. I will never rent from them again. they ruined my kids 4th of july waterslide fun. i asked for an 18 foot water slide. they said they had one. morning of the 4th they show up with a small slide. my kids are teenagers. the slide was for little kids. i had to argue with the guy who sets it up. he would not lower the price for their mess up. i even told him what the hell are teenagers suppose to do with this? so the slide got about 10 minutes of use. 200 dollars wasted. they set it up with the air but did not hook up the hose and make sure everything was working. i ordered three tables and only got two. had to borrow another table from neighbor. this place is only in it for the money. no customer satisfaction. read more

While ordering the lady just cut me off so I should have just known she was going to screw something up. I will never ever use this business again. I had a wedding scheduled today and had made arraignments for the chairs to be delivered at 9 am. I call the place at 9:10 when they hadn't arrived and I was told the driver is in Manteca and he will be there as soon as possible. The wedding was supposed to start at 10 so you can imagine my irritation. I called back 15 minutes later and the lady says they are packing up the chairs and will be there soon. They showed up at 9:45 and when I told the lady who I assume is the owner how angry I was she tells me that she can take the chairs back if I want and begins to get back in the car. At that point I sucked it up and told her to leave the chairs really they screwed up and their attitude was Lets screw these people even more. I would never recommend anyone to this business. We had my daughters birthday party and rented tables, chairs, and a bounce house. I requested that they drop of the rental at 1000 because the party started at 1100. At 1000 we called them and they said they were on the way. At 1030 they were still a no show so we called again. This time nobody answered. At 1100 I called once more and a girl in the office answered, she said that they were on the way. When I questioned her about when they were going to arrive she said call the driver. I called the driver and he said he would be there soon. I asked where he was many times and finally found out he was in another town. I told him how frustrated we were because the party had already started and we did not have any chairs, tables, or bounce house. They never showed up!!! This is a horrible company. As we got closer to the date, we called to confirm the rentals. They advised they had no record of the rental, but could place the request for the rental because everything was still available. We went in the week of the event to pay for the rentals, and yet again the order was lost. The staff member working called several people trying to locate the order with no luck.
