I scheduled a jumper and chairs for my sons birthday party 2weeks in advance. It was the morning of the party & i had already given them my address. I hadn't heard from them all morning and the party started at 2. I tried calling and messaging them via Facebook all morning with no response!! All the way up until noon! Horrible service! Probally fake reviews because this place was terrible! Horrible customer relations do not use these people if u want ur bounce house to be at you're party before it starts. my party started at 12:30pm bounce house was supposed to be there at 10:00am didnt arrive untill 1:30pm I reserved the bounce house with a slide Attached early July for Aug 1st. When the date was getting close I called to confirm everything was set for Aug 1st at 10:30. Now it's the day of my party 10 o'clock Comes and no bounce house so I wait 30 minutes and call she says her guy will be her in 20 minutes ok. An hour goes by so I call again and no answer now im freaking out everything is set up people are starting to get here and I have no idea what's going on with my bounce house. I keep calling no answer then I call from a different area code phone number and wow they answer so now so there ignoring my phone calls. So now the guys lost and can't get here I have to drive to a gas station to meet him and guide him to my house mind you earlier the women told us there gps says 17miles away now shes saying they dont have gps. I can't believe in this day and age they didn't have GPS when you drive around delivering for a living. So then they're here first thing in the morning to pick it up. So I call the women to try to get compensated for all the inconvenience and no all I get is excuses and usually this usually that and there driver was far and couldn't find the address so she says I can get 10 dollars off wow so I go to pay the guy and he's not okay with that he wants 5 more dollars for gas omg wat Petty unprofessional people. I will be giving another company my business next time. read more

They were able to offer me a deal on short notice. They called me when they said they would to confirmed the reservation. We rented out the obstacle course and the boxing ring and it was a big hit in our family. Everyone from kids to adults really enjoyed the obstacle course all throughout the day. I am ecstatic knowing that I beat everyone in the obstacle course. The main point is im happy knowing that we had a really good time at my lil bro's birthday party. The jumpers were clean and toro jumps was very professional. I will definitely give them my business in the future and I definitely recommend you use them for any celebration you have coming up. If I could give this company negative stars, I would. This was the absolute WORST experience. I made a reservation for a specific Spider-Man jumper one month ago, for my sons Spider-Man themed birthday party. I even called the day before to double check everything was good to go. Then the morning of my sons party, I get a random phone call from someone other than Toro jumpers asking if I needed a jumper?! And that he did not have Spider-Man so it would have to be a different theme. I had no idea why this guy was calling me to begin with, when I had a reservation with Toro jumpers already. So I called Toro jumpers twice with no answer. Third try, she tells me that they gave my business to their neighbor instead. I proceeded to let her know that I had reserved with them specifically for their Spider-Man jumper so she said she was going to call her neighbor and see if he had one and call me back even though I told her he said he didn't ..AND SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. What kind of company, who rents jumpers clearly for a children's event would do this. It is completely unprofessional and was a huge let down for my son. I am absolutely ashamed of this woman. Do all yourselves a huge favor and go with another jumper rental company that way when the time comes, your child isn't let down too. read more

DO NOT ever use this, they were very unprofessional and flaked on my child's bday party! I made a reservation 3 days before my daughter's bday party, and the woman I spoke to said she will call a day before to confirm. She did not call, I called the day of the party (in the morning) to ask if they are coming. She said she will call me back right away to check with the driver. Her "right away" meant "no she's not calling back" because she did not call back. After waiting for a couple of hours, I got ahold of her and she said "sorry but the driver is not going that way, and I called you two times the day before and left you two voicemails". I said I never got her calls and there's nothing on my voicemail. She could have said that when I first spoke to her in the morning. This woman lied to me. IF YOU EVER THINK OF RENTING FROM THEM, BEWARE, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND MOST LIKELY FLAKE ON YOU!! AVOID RENTING FROM THIS PLACE!! read more
