Went with this place because they had the Pokémon theme I was looking for. Owner/whoever answers the phone was punctual & professional, assuring me that their jumpers were quality compared to other jumper rental places in the area. Price was fair for 4 hours, but like I said, I went with them because of the theme that was available, this place has a huge selection. Communication was clear, and jumper arrived on time. It looked awesome, it was big, & the kids loved it. However, I asked ahead of time how the jumpers are cleaned, a worried mom especially in the peak of flu season, I want to make sure there is some sort of cleaning process before I send my kids, family's kids and their friends into the jumper. I've had kids get sick after our parties in the past and I suspect it was the jumper. The owner replied that they have over 150 units and no way to clean them all, so we could spray it down with Lysol upon arrival. Ok? Not really sufficient but I figured it's too late to be that picky and went through with the order. The jumper arrived and was unfolded in my back yard, it was filthy. Dirt on the inside and all over the outside, spilled/dried soda on the inside, dog hair on the inside! My husband had to actually mop the entire inside and then we sprayed it down with Lysol before I'd let any kids inside that thing. The delivery guy said he was embarrassed to leave a jumper with us in that condition, but did so anyways. I contacted the owner let them know and they replied that they were so sorry and that this is not the way they do business (but obviously it is if you're not offering to make it right in any way). To top it off, my son got a huge metal staple in his foot from the jumper. Got it out, not an emergency, but again showed the owner via text, got a reply of "sorry". Ok, no offer for a partial refund or anything to make it right for the customer. If this is not the way you do business, then why are you doing business this way? I suggest a thorough cleaning process be implemented, especially since you have 150 units! read more

They have lots to choose from but the water slide bounce house has been our favorite. When we called and inquired of prices of information on the types of Jumpers they carry the owner sounded very rushed, rude and unprofessional, as if they didn't need or care to have my business. I ordered a water slide, table, chairs and a sno cone machine from here for my boys birthday party. They arrived a little eary, which was perfect. They were nice, friendly and helpful. I used Jumping Things for a small school cami all just yesterday. Laura & Jeff (the owners) helped me out so much! They made some great recommendations of what the kids would like. We ordered the large obstacle courses, the bounce house with slide, the floating baseball game (it was a hit!), 3-in-1 sports combo, popcorn machine & spin art machine. Everything was a hit! I attempted to rent a bounce house from this individual and I am very upset about the customer service and the unprofessional treatment that I received when trying to order this bounce house. It took a 4 days to hear a response from "Jumping Things" and when i finally spoke to a representative, they were completely incapable of fulfilling my order request and they were very short with me. I did not appreciate the customer service and informed the rep that I wanted to speak to someone else`, and he had no solutions or apology for me to fix the situation. So not only did I go to a competitor company for my bounce house, but i also received a much better rate and overall customer service from another company. I am completely unhappy with my experience with "Jumping Things" and I suggest any potential customers should read this review and find other outlets to find party rental equipment just as like I did. read more

Jumping Things came to the rescue for us today. We had a reservation for a bounce house through another company only because they had a dinosaur one and my son's bday party was a Dino themed party. They flaked on us last minute without so much as a call or nothing. 1.5 hours before our party and we called Jumping Things and the lady was so friendly and helpful. She texted my wife with the info she needed right away and said she could get a a bounce house to us. The bounce house was there and set up 20 mins before the party started! My son had his eighth birthday so I decided to rent the bounce house with the slide. The day started out rough for the first hour because it rained and the bounce house filled with water. Fed up with the weather, I asked if they would come pick it up only 30 min after I had it. Instead the owners husband came and told me that the weather was just moments from getting better and proceeded to get rid of the excess water in the bounce house. He then wiped down the entire structure and filled up the generator with gas. He was kind and understanding. If it wasn't for the great communication between the staff and the owner and their experience, I would have potentially ruined what turned out to be a wonderful day with a great bounce house. The delivery men where on time and very great at communicating with me through out the process. If you are looking for a professional team that is dedicated to making sure that your event is a blast, this is the company you should choose.
