Recently used Budget Friendly Events after finding them on Yelp. So happy I did! Not only was the price great, but we got the black bouncer we had hoped for (I feel like we always just end up with the primary colored one as kids just really need a place to play, while the adults care about the aesthetic). As soon as I reached out by email, I was contacted back immediately and got everything set up fast and easy. I contacted them the week of the event and was kindly assured they would be there. Sure enough, on time and set up was smooth! The guy that delivered was very kind, asked if we liked the set up and even moved it slightly when requested with no issues. I should also mention it was obvious it had been cleaned prior to being delivered which is great. Kids had a blast, and he came by the next morning for pickup just as we were told he would. Christi & her husband were the BEST! I reached out to her for a last minute request for a waterslide & tables/chairs because my sons 1st birthday was going to be so HOT that day. Talk about a party killer when the weather says over 100 degrees, but alas she responded in about five minutes and saved the day! I mean I kid you not her response time was immaculate, she was so communicative throughout the whole exchange, even leading up to and after for pickup. Second, they were mounds more affordable than any other place that eventually responded to my request and not only that offered substantially more options for drop off/pick up time. She even ended up letting us keep the slide and tables/chairs and extra day to enjoy with our kids because it was going to be another HOT day the next day. We happily obliged, but that was just a beyond customer satisfaction! Lastly, her and her husband came the day of and set up everything quickly and were so nice! I will definitely book again over anyone else for all future parties and have already recommended them to others. My wife and I came to Christi for our daughter's first birthday party. She was amazingly responsive and the process was incredibly easy. We ordered three 6' tables and 20 chairs and they lived up to their "Budget Friendly" name while delivering excellent service. I contacted budget friendly to get quotes and ended up calling them back because they were so much cheaper for waterslides. I did the special add on for the chairs and tables they had and booked. They arrived early, set it all up, clean waterslide, bigger than what I expected which was cool, and they let us use their extension cord with the multiple plugs so I could hook up my own stuff which was really appreciated. The woman was really nice, and they were quick setting up. They let us keep the waterslide all day and picked up the next morning so the kids got to play until 8pm before I had to make them come in. Overall, great experience, appreciate the quick responses and reconfirmation the day before, I was hesitant at first because of the lack of reviews but I'm glad I texted now. I'll definitely be booking again when the weather gets hotter. read more
