So I called this place yesterday and ordered 30 latex balloons. The lady who took the order asked minimal questions outside of what time was I needing to pick them up, what colors and if they were to be loose or in a bouquet. I get there and explain that I was going to use them tomorrow (today) and she said they wouldn't last and said I wish you would have told me so I could have treated them to last (as if I'm some kind of balloon expert). Perhaps you could ask more questions instead of just taking people's money? And then I explained to her that it was for a funeral and you think that motivated her to do something about it? So here I am this morning and the balloons didn't last so now on the day of the funeral I have to worry about this detail that should have been dealt with yesterday so I can mourn and support family. Work of art! Can you believe this beautiful chrome bouquet with lots of "extas" to make it "super special" was cheaper than flowers? And that includes the delivery. I enjoyed working with Denise, who by the way is as beautiful as her ballons. She was super sweet, I told her I wanted chrome balloons that were super girly, very extravagant, but looked "put together" and classy. Boy did she deliver that and then some! I never knew this service was available to every day people and that it was so affordable. This place is unprofessional and rude. The quality of the work is not better than my little sister could make. The first problem was trying to find the place. The directions take you to the wrong shopping center and when you try to call and find the correct place, the lady who answers the phone is rude and lets you know that "a monkey could find the store!"
