From our first consultation to the big day, Melissa exceeded my expectations! Since day one, Melissa kept us organized throughout the months leading up to the day of the wedding. We had in person meetings and phone calls/zoom to keep us up to date. She was organized with different platforms especially Aisle Planner which had all of our vendors contact information, guest information, notes, budget tracker and other wedding related information - it was definitely a one stop for all of our wedding stuff! Melissa was responsive with my husband and I's millions of questions with the overall wedding planning. We had many ideas/ inspirations, we shared with her and honestly sometimes we changed our mind way too many times. But every time that we spoke with Melissa she was receptive, provided a listening ear and overall reassured us, that our vision was what mattered, and as long as we were happy, she was happy. Now for the decorations and florals - WOW! Melissa excelled with the florals, color schemes, and my timeless vision of what our dream wedding would've looked like. Personally, perfection! Our colors were black, white and olive green with some earth tones. I have never been a fan of roses so I appreciate so much the floral recommendations that Melissa provided. With all the experience she has under her belt. I had no doubt that she was able to replicate something better than Pinterest. Another thing that I want to point out is Melissa flexibility with a last-minute request that we completely forgot about, and remembered the week of. We wanted a small memorial remembrance section for our loved ones. We had complete faith in her to organize it as she thought was best, and although I don't have a picture to show it was a lovely section when entering the wedding reception. For the day of, Melissa executed the timeline, so well that we were ahead of schedule which gave us more room to enjoy the little moments and catch up on some food and drinks as a night quickly passed us by. As the days went by, we realized many other shortcomings in the details they promised but failed to deliver. Furthermore, their professional ethics leave much to be desired: they recorded my testimonial, advising me only on what suited them. And then they used it in court. A word of advice for everyone! Super crazy bc we had NO idea! I love that this place has bins all around for soiled toys for them to disinfect once a child put it in their mouths. They have a jumper, slides, play ice shop, play grocery store, an area just for under 2 years od age, party rooms, just about EVERYTHING! They have snacks for the kids! It's crazy. The only thing i can't comment on is the bathroom but I was told, they offer crocs to walk in once you enter the restrooms! Since our first time here, I've been back a second time a few days ago to have my son see Minions bc he loves them. I brought my sister and my father and they both agreed that's this place is BOMB!
