The people that came to set up for my son's birthday were very friendly however they were late to deliver it a whole hour I'm just glad I changed the start time of the party for 1 hour later or else the guest would have been here with no water slide. I also didn't like that they were supposed to pick it up by 6:30pm but didn't show up until after 10pm. i wanted to love this company just because the white jump house was so beautiful. but unfortunately i would NOT recommend them to anyone. customer service was awful. i booked the white jump house and they were supposed to be up and set up by 12pm (the time we agreed on) at 12 i had to call them and ask where they were (he should have called me and told me he was running late) he was late. jump house is finally set up at 12:43 pm while i had my balloon people waiting to set up . he then tells me he's going to pick up at at our scheduled time, which i had told him no he needed to pick up 45 minutes after our agreed time because he was late.. he began to argue with me and then tell me my grass was not green enough for his jump house but if that was an issue he should have told me before he set up his jump house but he didn't! completely unprofessional and was just flat out rude . read more

Updating my review and not a good one this time, sad to say:/ This is the third time using Jennys jumpers so I expected the same service I received before and was very disappointed! First of all I told the owner I wanted the jumper before the party actually started at 1pm (I said 11am-12pm would be perfect if possible) so my daughter could jump a little ahead of time and to at least keep it until 5:30 because the party was 1-5. The price is supposed to be for 6 hours. Maybe he misunderstood?! I'm not sure but the jumper was not set up until just after 1:15pm with kids all over and instead of just apologizing for the misunderstanding he made excuses and got mad at me which clearly made it worse. They were trying to pick up at 5:30pm which is not 6 hours so I had to call and he agreed to pick up at 7pm. Yes I know you have nice jumpers but you handled this horribly and I won't use this business anymore. Not something you want to deal with on an important day. read more

Rented from them over the weekend for my son's 4th birthday. When I first initially started looking for a jump house and contacted them, I was shocked to find out how reasonable their prices were. Most places are charging up the booty for just a few short hour. I paid less than what I would have paid somewhere else and I got an entire day. They arrived an hour earlier than my appointed time and set it up. The bounce house was very clean and looked very new. They set it up fast and left. When they came back to pick it up the boys were very nice and came in and did what they needed and cleaned it as they went. I liked that meaning it would be clean for the next person who rented it.
